These shoes are much cuter than the picture. They are cut low on the toes, but are held in place well with the tie. The arch support is good. They're lightweight and not at all clunky looking when on. Besides all this, after a day on my feet -- I'm a teacher -- they still feel great. I have a high arch and some arthritis in my feet. So, fit and comfort are really important to me.

These are much cuter on than they are off. The toe box itself is quite narrow though, and I needed a half, or full size larger than my usual. I've never tried Hush Puppies before, but these seemed to run small. The foot bed was cushioned pretty well, and the leather isn't stiff or uncomfortable. The main complaint I have about them is that the ribbon on my pair was super short and it was difficult to tie a decent looking bow. This could be due to the fact I need a larger size, but the ribbon is hard to tie regardless.
