The straps that go on top of the foot are not connected to the tie at the heel so they are not adjustable and is very loose and sort of just hangs. Had to return the shoes.

These sandals are so far off size that it is almost laughable. I ordered my regular size and these were so huge that there was no way I could even guess how many sizes to go down to get to the right size for me. I can't really rate the product as I couldn't tell how it would feel on the foot.

As mentioned by other reviews, these sandals are not made for narrow feet. The elastic that holds the bow--and sandal--on, is a generous cut. But with that said, they are well made, surprisingly comfortable for flat-soled sandals--and really cute! I slipped them on, quickly got used to the loose heel, and went out to dinner, where I immediately received several compliments. :) They are not walking shoes but they are terrific if you want to look stylish in flat sandals.

Seriously cute - really comfortable. I just got them, I cannot wait to wear them somewhere! My feet are average width and my left foot is almost 1/2 size smaller than my right - both feet are fine in this shoe. I have stabilizing hardware in my left ankle (due to a bad break) and the leather is soft and doesn't irritate, the elastic strap fits on both ankles. I'm happy!
