I purchased these for myself. I have very small feet and I needed something for gardening. These are comfortable and well made. Kudos to Zappos for the super fast shipping. I received these within 22 hours of ordering them. Can't do better than that.

Love these rain boots! I am 21 years old and very petite so it is hard for me to find rain boots that fit. I wear a size 5.5 womens and a youth 4 fits perfectly. They are the perfect height, not too tall like most womens rain boots are. Would recommend for kids and adults!
Great boots! I was happy to pay less for the kids model. I'm a 6 and I got the kids' 4 and they fit just right. The only difference is they are a little shorter than they should, but not a big deal.
I went with the reviews about women who were 5ft to 5'4. All I have to say is thanks! I am a size 7.5 with a wide feet and these shoes fit perfect. I bought the hunter cable welly socks and my boots rock! I like the fact that I'm 5'3 and these boots come just below the knee about 2 inches. These sure do keep me warm on those wet, windy, Chicago rainy days. Thanks Zappos!

I had bought a pair of Hunter wellies for my son a year ago at a specialty store and they looked exactly like the adult version, with a great sole and a great fit and great quality soft rubber. I thought I would be getting the same with these, but it is most definitely not. It is clear when you get these that they are not actually Hunter boots. They are Walmart quality boots with a Hunter sticker slapped on them. You can tell just by looking at them they look nothing like Hunters. The company must have allowed a lower quality manufacturing company to purchase the right to put the Hunter name on them. They are a low quality product with a designer label, and all you are paying for is the label. Promptly returned.

My feet are 8 3/4 inches long from my heel to my big toe. I bought the size 3 in black and they fit snug with jeans tucked into them. Plus, I'm short (5' tall) and size 3 fit my calves perfectly. Please note, however, that these boots do have rather large reflectors on the back. They don't bother me but they bother my boyfriend. Get a lighter color if you want the reflectors to be less noticeable.
These boots look great in silver if you like a funky different look. My daughter wears a 6 in women and I ordered the 4 and they fit great with a little room in the front.

I am 5'4 and found the original Hunter boots to be too tall--they would hit me right below the knee and be uncomfortable when sitting. These were perfect--hitting a few inches below the knee and above the widest part of my calf. I am able to tuck in jeans with no problem. I wear a woman's size 7/7.5 (37.5 or 38 European) and the 38's in these were a perfect fit. I did not find any difference in the shaft circumference between these and the woman's original.
I wear a woman's size 5/5.5 and after reading the reviews I went ahead and ordered a youth size 4. I was worried they might be slightly big, which they are, but not too big enough to exchange to a smaller size. There's enough wiggle room and also room for wellie socks It also is made in china, but it didn't really seem that different to me, although I wouldn't appreciated it more if it was made in the traditional UK. It's the classic Hunter boots, and everyone around me owns at least a pair, so I think it was worth the money, and I'm glad I was able to save money by buying a youth pair! Love the classic green color too. I am hoping for some April showers so I can wear these cuties out and flaunt them!

Great and stylish, well-constructed too. My daughter is a skinny little thing, and we've found that while the shoe itself fits, the boot area at her calf is very very wide. Maybe it's made that way so that you can tuck pants in, I don't know. Because she's very slim, the leg parts sort of wobble around her. Still, these were the boots we liked the most and I would definitely buy them again.

They fit in the boot perfectly! Even in cold weather my daughter's feet were toasty warm! A little sweaty, which made it hard to get your feet out of the sock! But they were awesome!
We love these! This is her 3rd pair. They are a little pricey but they last until she outgrows them and we have had replace cheaper rain boots cause they crack or the seams come apart after just a month or two. Totally worth the price.
The boots are awesome! Perfect for toddlers. More importantly the service at Zappos was exceptional! The customer service team is the best!

My daughter gets excited when it is raining outside because she can wear her silver rain boots. She would wear them 365 days a year if I would let her! The color is super cute. They did not fit with the hunter socks but I still give them two thumbs up!
I was really excited about these boots when I first got them but I have had them for less than a year and when I wore them out this week, my toes and the bottom of my feet were soaking wet within 10 minutes. Seems they have sprung a leak. I probably have only worn them 30-40 times. I am not impressed by the quality considering how much I paid for them. I will not be purchasing Hunters again.
Made in China. Buyer beware. If you think (as I did) that you were buying boots made in Scotland, you had better make sure. Because the box these boots came in clearly states Made in China. Admittedly, I might be over reacting as most everything is made in China. But, the first pair of Hunters I bought for my daughter were made in Scotland. I liked the idea that my money was supporting an independent company steeped in tradition. Now that goes out the window with the Made in China tag. I won't be sending these back as they were a gift for my daughter, but I won't be buying another pair either.
I bought the Hunter boots to avoid ruining my paddock boots with all the mud we've had this winter (what winter). I wear a 5 or 5.5 normally and the youth size 4 is perfect with one exception. The calf thunks around a bit when I walk. My calf is 30cm circumference, which may or may not be smaller than average I don't know. I am wearing them with breeches not jeans so that may account for the extra room as well. Other than that tiny detail they are wonderful.

These socks are super warm the only problem I had was that they were a bit thicker than what I was expecting. So if your Hunter boots fit perfect this may not be a very good idea because it will make it hard for your feet to go in an out easily.
