These boots look and feel great, but I am disappointed in a few key areas. The leather feels like pleather, it is cheap and thin. But the real kick in the head is that despite having good seams around the upper, the zippers are not sealed in any way and so I doubt that they will make good puddle-jumpers. I am sending mine back in favor of something that will actually keep my feet dry. They are, as my girlfriend points out, fashion boots: they look good and might do the trick if you are just going for a quick point-to-point in the rain but I need truly waterproof boots and I do not think that these fit the bill.
