Down at the heels - I'm writing this after owning these boots for about 9 months. I love the look and comfort and got lot of compliments at first. Now the leather inlays on both heels are coming loose and the rubber tread is also coming off at the corners. For this price, I expect better durability. My four-year-old Timberlands (also from Zappos) are still going strong.

He loves them!My husband ripped a tendon in the bottom of his foot and has been in pain for several months. This prompted me to seek out some comfortable boots for him. I came upon these boots that seem to be rugged yet stylish. He normally wears a 10 1/2, so that is what I ordered, but they were too tight. So I returned them and ordered a new pair at 6:30 at night. I had the size 11s in my hands at 11:00am the next day. I love Zappos. He loves them! He walked in them for an hour and his pain has quickly subsided, he says, due to the great arch support. He said they just might be the most comfortable boots he has ever worn. Another win for me and Zappos!

These lived up to my expectations - I've worn these every day since they arrived. They were a perfect fit (size 10) and I've gotten lots of compliments (even from my ex-wife, who asked me where I got them). They look especially good with jeans and khakis. I would buy another pair of these without hesitation. They are handsome shoes/boots.

I love these boots - These are great Stylish Boots. Good quality workmanship. I will probably order a second pair so I can wear them everyday.

Unmet expectations - Structure and construction of the boot not what I expected from the photo. Also, there is a rip along one of the seams. I will definitely have to return the boots, but not sure yet whether I will be asking for an exchange (same boot) or refund.
