I live in skirts in the summer, and so I decided to shell out a little extra money to get myself a something nice. I ended up buying this one, and I'm so glad I did: it's sexy, figure-flattering, and easy to care for. I got it in black and so it goes with just about everything I have. I'm also kind of short with wide hips, and so the Chaka skirt looks great on my body: it's somewhat tight on my hips, but then floats away until it ends just above my knees. (Hooray for A-lines!) I also really like the fabric: light -- but not flimsy -- wrinkle-resistant, and machine washable. Because of the above qualities I would feel as comfortable wearing this in a "business casual" event as I would to work in a roomful of messy toddlers. So, all in all, this a great, no-nonsense summer skirt, and I'm really, really glad I bought it.

Wow! I usually have a really tough time with skirts. I have a bit of a tummy and skirts usually accentuate it. This skirt is super soft without being sheer and the band at the top hides my tummy and doesn't cut into my waist so I don't wind up with the dreaded muffin top! I like it so much I bought it in black.

I haven't worn this skirt yet but I did try it on. It seems true to size and super forgiving as it is stretchy. While it says it is for casual, I plan to dress it up with a summer jacket and wear it for work.

So soft! This material is wonderful! I am a size 14 and ordered the large, but had to send it back because it hugged my backside and thighs a little too much for comfort. The XL is much more flattering, but also bigger in the waist. Very comfortable, very soft, great for traveling (wrinkle-resistant). All in all a lovely skirt. Thinking about buying the Chaka dress too!

True to size, extremely flattering A-line, lightweight for spring or summer. The waistband is stretchy so it can be worn low on the hips or higher for a bit of tummy control. Would go just as well with a pair of flip flops and a tank top as it would with wedges and a cardigan sweater. Very highly recommended.

Just got this skirt and it's fantastic. I'm planning a trip to Europe and this will be a travel essential. I'm a 8-10 in shorts and pants, and bought the medium. Fits great, smooth front, length is perfect. Love it!

This is my new favorite skirt! The fabric is light and comfortable and does not cling to my thighs and backside like most stretchy skirts. I typically wear a size 6 and the medium fit perfectly. I also love the light gray (chrome) color because it is perfect for all seasons.

LOVE this skirt!! I am a fussy shopper and this product is A++. It fits perfectly; it’s so light which is great in hot weather. It can be dressed up or casual for summer days. I received the black one which is sort of dark grey. I am now purchasing the chrome one.

Just returned from Hawaii for which the skirt was perfect! It's super light, comfortable, versatile and the color is a lot of fun to play around with. It's a little long for my 5'3 body, but workable.

I love this skirt. The fabric is very soft, although a bit thin. It is a great everyday throw-on skirt. I would say it is true to size. I wear a 12/14 and the large is perfect. My only complaint is the cost. For what it is, it is priced too high.

Runs large. I could have gone down 2 sizes. Otherwise awesome. I thought it might be too short for my long and thick legs, but it's great. Also has a small inner pocket big enough for a credit card/money. So cool. Chrome is a delicate gray color. Really nice.
