Overall:

Better for shorter Pear-shaped body. Not great for tall, slim, broad-shouldered and busty. Took off one star for what I thought was an odd fit, but that's a little arrogant to think it must fit me to be normal. The picture of this Faux Rabbit Fur coat looks a lot slimmer and fitted at the waist than the Medium was on me. I'm 5'7", 145 lbs, chest measures 39" (34D) and I have broad shoulders, though slim below (boy shape: no hips or butt. Hips are 38", waist is 31"). The Medium fit my shoulders perfectly but was curiously too big below. There was ample extra room at the chest. I could pinch off a good 4-6 inches it seemed at the level of the biggest part of my chest. The excess space at the waist was even more exaggerated; perhaps 8-10 inches of excess circumference, as compared with a close body fit. Also, the waist band of the coat was a wee tad high for me, though I wouldn't have returned the coat for that alone. I'd rather the waist sit at the "low end" of my waist, you know, sort of perched at the top of my hip. This waistband was either at, or a little above the natural waist, meaning it would hit my ribs if I raised my arms just a tad. And I'm not a long waisted or long torso-ed person. I'm tallish, but more of my height, proportionally, is in my legs (33 inseam). I ordered partly because the stand-up collar looked sharp to me, and would keep the neck warm to boot. The collar stood up higher than I expected, so my chin would push it down an inch or more in front. Some may like this to hide their chin behind in the cold wind, but I thought it was a little higher than ideal, style-wise, for me. Hope this helps the person whose build is opposite mine to order an otherwise nicely designed, ultra soft and cozy, excellent suede look-alike, handsome jacket.

Overall:

Got this jacket in black today and very pleased with the appearance, design and feel. The length is perfect to be dressed down with boots and jeans or worn over slacks. The look is one that will not go out of style. I do wish the hood was removeable and it had inside hidden pockets, but I think it is such a great find that I will take it to my tailor and have pockets put in. Can\'t wait to wear it out.

Overall:

I LOVE this coat. It is so soft and just feels wonderful on. It's warm but not too warm. It looks very classy on, which is great, but the reason that I am over the moon with it is because of how WONDERFUL the fabric feels.

Overall:

Very cute, very comfy.Very soft and worth the money. I thought it might feel cheapy and catch on my skins, nails etc. Not the case. Warm, cute, and cozy… only downside is matching with the print. Runs large as well. A size 14 fits like a typical 16-18 (partly, I assume, due to the cut of this style, but still good to keep in mind).

Nice print, shoulders are weird - I liked the print of this jacket so much...the houndstooth is adorable and it seems like it would be water resistant (at least). I also liked the fact that it has a detachable liner so that you can adjust depending on temp. The problem was the overall shape (lacking) and the shoulders were really large and rounded. Very odd.

Lovely coat - This is a beautiful coat and it fits well so I am glad I purchased it. However, I bought it as a winter coat and it is NOT warm so I am keeping it just for its good looks. Also it is very light weight, probably why it isn't very warm. It would be nice if they could add a liner or just a warm lining. A warmth rating on coats by Zappos would also be a plus.

The Perfect Coat - I am enjoying this coat immeasurably. My friends tell me it is stunning and even strangers have remarked about my “pretty coat.� It is so soft. I am between sizes and actually ordered an L and an XL. I kept the L and can even wear a sweater and blouse underneath. It is not a particularly warm coat so a sweater or jacket helps. I have worn it to the symphony and with jeans. I hope it never wears out. This was the first item of clothing I’ve ordered from Zappos. We live in a remote area, over 2 hours from real shopping plus I’m not crazy about shopping. Zappos has been a snap for shoes ... now clothing ... Thank you Zappos.

Great coat!This coat is really nice. It can be dressed up or down. I have received many compliments and "pettings" because it is so soft. I only wish it were a little heavier so I could wear it longer into the winter season in New England.

Very good but light weight - Very well made but much more light weight than expected. As this is for Arizona use that's fine.
