Extremely comfortable dress sandal Made my size 12 foot look small. The wider heel makes it very comfortable. My only complaint is that the black looks more like dark brown. Love the adjustable velcro straps. This is my second pair of Helle Comfort sandals. They are expensive but hold up very well.

Helle Comfort makes the most wonderful shoes. I gave up on shoes with any heels years ago, but I can wear these for hours and feel great. This is my third pair, and I'm sure it will not be my last. And, yes, they are much cuter on than they are in the picture!

Absolutely love this shoe. It is not inexpensive but worth the money to me. I have a pair in brown which has been so comfortable. I also received many compliments, so I bought a black pair as well. The original pair has worn well and so I assume this one will too. And I really like to buy from Zappos, so I was happy to find the black pair in stock in my size.

When they say "comfort", they aren't kidding! This is a shoe for women like me who have problems finding any sort of heeled shoe they can bear for more than 10 minutes! The Donina seems to conform to your foot and feels wonderful for as long as you have them on. The foot bed on the medium is wider than most, and the adjustable straps provide a perfect fit every time. This shoe is actually better looking in person, and what they call brown is more like a bronze which is very trendy and looks great with black. The best part is the price, which is less on Zappos than retail. Three cheers for a shoe with a heel that doesn't hurt!

It is very hard for me to find dressier shoes as I have short, wide feet with a high instep. Zappos usually has what I need and reading the reviews always helps me choose. This shoe works for my foot and is comfortable. I am able to wear them for hours without a problem. The adjustable straps helps a lot!! Very hard to get a high instep into most shoes but this strap is long enough to adjust without it just barely being closed. Thanks again Zappos!!

Love these shoes - I have the bronze/brown, and they are really pretty and metallic. The fit is great and the comfort is great for those with plantar fasciitis. I wore them all day without discomfort. They have low heels, but they still are heels, so they are not as comfortable as a flat with excellent arch support, but for a stylish heel, they fit the bill. I will buy more Helle comfort shoes, and I will buy from Zappos over any other company due to the excellent service and return policy.

The best stylish shoe - This shoe is so good looking and comfortable and best of all, it is the most stylish shoe I have. I have worn it thru airport after airport and they are great. I got the brown it is more metallic than I thought it would be, but it is a great shoe.

Wonderful and Versatile - This is my first pair of Helle Comfort shoes but definitely won't be my last. Though I have difficult feet to fit, I have never bought "comfort shoes" before. I found these to be extremely comfortable, due to both the adjustable straps and the foot bed. I walk 1.5 miles to work and was able to do this in these shoes, right out of the box. The price is worth it, as they are gorgeous shoes and don't look like "comfort shoes" at all.

A Keeper! I've tried MANY pairs of sandals for my "difficult" feet - and finally, a "keeper"! The Donina is not only comfortable, but great looking. The adjustable straps provide just the flexibility I need for a perfect fit. The brown is beautiful - goes with brown or black outfits.

Perfect comfort and pretty - I love these! Don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed, but order a full size up. I am a size 8 1/2 to 9 (but closer to a 9 in most shoes). The size 39 was too small and I had to reorder the 40. I have them in black and because they are so comfortable - excellent arch support, perfect heel height, and I have small bunions and they still felt great. I am planning on ordering the brown also.

Very nice--worth the price? I tried both the Elodia and the Donina and compared fit, comfort, and style. The Elodia in camel is gorgeous--I think it would go with anything, but the Donina is more streamlined and flattering to my long narrow feet. This is the most I have ever paid for a pair of sandals (!), and I share the concern of the reviewer who wondered about their durability since they're so lightweight. As usual, I'm wearing my new shoes indoors at different times of day to test for sore spots, squeaks, and surprises before going outdoors. I ordered the brown which is shiny and has a variegated sort of animal print pattern. They look great, and the velcro allows you to adjust both straps to get the right fit. The 2" heel is high enough for a dressy look but low enough for good ole comfort and ease of movement. I love the look, the fit, and the comfort...so far.

Most Comfortable Shoe Ever - This is a shoe that I can wear all day long. Although I have narrow hard-to-fit feet, I am no longer bothered by feet, knee, hip pains and shin splints. Bless and thank you, Helle, very much!

Great Comfort Stylish Shoe! I wore these for my daughter's wedding reception with lots of dancing! My feet felt wonderful even at midnight! I highly recommend Helle Comfort Donina! The black is pretty but the brown is awesome!

Stylish - These shoes are very cute and stylish. I got compliments on the first day I wore them. They are comfortable, but for some reason my left pinky toe is getting rubbed the wrong way! I am thinking it may just be my foot. We recently had to walk about a mile downtown and the shoes (except for my pinky toe) were very comfortable. The color is versatile. I have a brown pair and since the color is a swirl of brown, black, and gold tones, it works well with brown or black outfits. The finish is a bit shiny.

Great shoe! My first Helle Comfort shoe and I am now 100% sold on this brand. I bought these in brown to wear to work, which is business casual. When I got them, I realized that, with the shiny bronze variations in the leather, they would work for dressier affairs too. So, the first time I wore them was to the symphony, with a sexy dress, and walked up and down stairs and all over down town. Not only did they look great, they were perfectly comfortable, like wearing tennis shoes. They do look great with business casual outfits and even jeans also. I like them so much I'm buying them in black too. I have a AA width foot and the shoe does seem to be true to width; I had to adjust the velcro over all the way. (I added some sticky-backed velcro to keep the straps down on the side after adjusting them over. ignore this comment unless you too have a narrow foot, in which case you will understand what I'm saying. :-) )
