Helle Comfort is one of my favorite brands because of my wide foot with a high instep. I own about six pairs of Helle's and know my size is a 39. So, when this felt a half size larger I was really surprised and wondered why it looked weird on me, but not on the person in the video demo (which is what sold me). Major problem was the heel strap being very loose at the tightest position which awkwardly pushed my 'Fred Flintstone' toes too far forward. The footbed was so comfortable though and has good arch support, but I could not walk around in them. Thankfully Zappos makes the return process easy and, since they have over a hundred styles of Helle's, I am willing to give my favorite brand another shot!
