Zappos was a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and helpful. Shipping speed was very fast. Generally, I wear women's 8 1/2 but the size 9 was small. Returned it for size 10 which fit best. With next day shipping, I ordered the 9's Tuesday, got them Wednesday, called for return Thursday, and received the 10's Friday. Unbelievable processing speed. Thank you Zappos! The shoe itself is great. Very comfortable. I'm going to have to learn to balance. Not like skates, you have to hold an "A" shape which will definitely tone your legs. I'd recommend a full size larger than normal.

My children love these shoes so much, I was excited to find them on Zappos. The shoe tends to run small and I was very pleased with the return policy. I'm happy to know where I can find them, I'm sure they'll want more when they grown out of them.
