My daughter loves these shoes! The size is true. She wears a 12 and these fit her perfect. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the laces started fraying after about a week so have an extra pair handy so your girl doesn't have to go a day without her Heelys!

My daughter was thrilled with these shoes. Now the challenge is learning to use them. They feel like a very supportive and well padded shoe - so buy a size up to account for all the padding inside.

These were a birthday present for my 9 year old, and she has barely taken them off to sleep. They have been very sturdy and have provided a great deal of fun. Zappos was great in delivering them in a timely fashion as usual. I'd buy them again.

These are really nice, but run big. I gave to granddaughter for Christmas they have to return. Shame they don't come in 1/2 sizes.

Ordering from Zappos.com has been one of the easiest, most customer friendly experiences that I have ever had. I ordered A pair of Heelys before Christmas for my daughter, I received them like the next day.Very prompt. I ordered the wrong size so I had to reorder. Zappos had the new Heelys to me within 2 days. Zappos is awesome. When my daughter finally opened her Heelys on Christmas she was so excited. Once again I had to return the Heelys, I had ordered the 1 wheel Heelys and my daughter needed the 2 wheels. No problems. Zappos was just as friendly and super efficient,courteous, just amazing.I will definitely order from them again as well as recommend them. They had Santa's back this year.

Got this for my 5 year old for Christmas. She actually had an easier time with the single wheel per shoe than the double wheels. With the warmer weather now, she's cruising around more often.

I've bought 2 pair of Heelys and one pair of normal shoes from Zappos. They have the fastest shipping!! My sons loved the shoes. These were chosen since there were 2 wheels. He loves them!! We will use Zappos more in the future!
