I got these boots for my husband. He has a difficult time finding comfortable shoes for his wide feet and usually has to break them in quite a bit. These fit him perfectly from the first time he put them on! He has been wearing them every day and says they only keep getting better and better. Highly recommended! Great Boot, I own 3 pairs, One Brown, one Black and one Black Lined with side zip. Great boot for riding and street wear, takes a while to break in but worth it in the long run. If taking care of will last.

Hustin 11s are great! These boots are great! They look cool and they are a real bargain for the price. Although, no new boots are completely comfortable in my experience, these boots didn't start to hurt even a little bit until I wore them about 16 hours on that first day. Now after only a couple of weeks they are completely painless. Thank you!

Keep the shiny side up! I have these boots in Brown and Black and they are the best boots I have ever owned. When I bought my first pair, I just wore them while riding, but I actually wear them all of the time now.

Great boots! These boots were bought for a show. They look great on stage. The actor reports they were comfortable from the first time he put them on. Only problem is the orange center on the sole, which we had to paint black and because of the oil-resistance of the material it's made of, the painting was only partially successful.

Great boot, great service! I am always impressed with Zappos’ service and customer care! Arrived two days after placing order! Where else do you get that? The boot is great! Fit nicely out of the box (I do agree that you should order 1/2 to full size smaller than normal) and after a break in period, they are like the perfect pair of jeans! Great Boots, great service from Zappos - I ordered these boots from Zappos after noticing them on the Zappos website. The boots are great and the service from Zappos was even better. The boots arrived very quickly. I did not expect the boots to arrive that quickly. As far as previous reviews indicating that the boots are one size too large, I do not agree. I normally wear a size 10.5 and I ordered these boots in a 10.5. They fit perfectly at 10.5. I agree that the boots are very comfortable. They look good, feel good, and wear well.

Wide width boots - I actually bought these for a friend, who couldn't find this style of boot. You where one of the few stores having a selection in a wider width. I couldn't believe how fast I received them and my friend seems to love them. Thanks. p.s. keep up the width selection.

H-D "Hustin 11" boot - I bought this pair after seeing it on the Zappos web site, and being impressed by the price, the thumbprint overall views of the boot and the reviews written by other consumers. I am very pleased with my purchase; the price was right, the Zappo response was as promised, although it would be nice if they had arrived sooner (maybe Zappo's can be creative and come up with a faster delivery!). But the part that sealed the purchase, were the reviews. The boots were everything stated in the Zappos ad, and the reivews were very, very helpful... it was just as they stated. The boots fit well, are well made, and other than a slight stiffness initially, are very comfortable. As regards the height of the boot, wearing a knee-length pair of socks avoided any chafing, but having also worn them with shorter socks caused no problem. To preserve the leather, I've sprayed them with a water repelling spray and it seems to work against stains and light rain. Zappos has my vote and continued support.

Good Boot - I've just had the boot (size 10) a couple of weeks. The fit is true....don't order a smaller size if you're "in between" because I did and the 9 1/2 wasn't even close. The fit is good but a little tight on outside of one ankle...hopefully the boot will loosen up. I also tried the same in Frey boot but Harley fit better....the quality is similar, the boots are almost identical...therefore the Harley is better buy. It seems to be of very high quality.

These boots are awesome! I usually wear western boots, but wanted something a little different. They fit great, and won't need the break-in my other boots did. These seem about a half size larger than what I expected, but with a thicker sock, it's no problem. Zappos had them on my doorstep within 16 hours!!! Incredible service. Won't go anywhere else for boots.
