I had been a little leery about ordering these boots. Yes, they met every spec for what I was looking for (black, good ankle support, side zippers, decent looking enough to wear to work), but I was worried for a couple reasons. Some of the reviews had mentioned that the boots were narrow, and I have wide feet and swollen ankles. And, truthfully, I was a little worried about whether I could get away with wearing Harley boots in Seattle. But the width was no problem at all, the ankle support was great, and the dual side zippers are the best thing ever for someone with arthritis. These are way comfier than I expected, and have quickly become my every day shoes now that I've found super comfy socks to wear with them.

I love Harley boots! I bought this pair for my daughter because I like mine so much. We use them for parades as we are part of a krewe that participates in the Gasparilla parades in Tampa. The boots are easy to get on and off with zippers. The tread gives you stability walking over gravel. The thickness of the tread protects from the heat of pavement but also helps to keep feet warm in colder weather. The laces make it easy to adjust for thin or thick socks. I wore mine on a trip to Washington state with slacks touring the city as well as jeans meandering through the mountains.

Extremely comfortable! I love the fit and the zippers make getting them on and off a breeze! They come an inch or so above my ankle, which I wasn't expecting, but it is so well padded and sewn it doesn't bother me like I first expected.

I bought this as a work boot, as I am in and out in the rain, walking on concrete, jumping in and out of lifted pick ups all day. I need shoes that are sturdy, weather resistant and somewhat cute. These fit the bill great. They seem to be well made, are comfortable and a little weather resistant (with frequent polishing). The only disappointment is the same one I have with every shoe or boot out there. No arch support. I bought an insert and that helps, but really? The manufacturers are letting us down! These boots are incredible and a great value as well! I have problem feet due to a spinal cord injury and, after reading rave reviews about these. I decided to order a pair for a mountain hiking trip I was taking. My friend, who lives in the mountains, said, you didn't order new boots to hike in, right? Your feet will be wrecked! I had the boots drop-shipped to my destination. I put them on and literally broke them in on the trail with zero blisters or soreness! Even left them on throughout relaxing back at her place that evening! These really are comfy and won't rub blisters on your feet. Some of the best boots I've ever owned. I highly recommend them!

These boots are wonderful! Very comfortable, light-weight and well-fitting because of the combination of adjustable laces and dual zippers (I have a rather narrow foot). They are most definitely an "after-riding" boot - not much protection for the road, but are really great-looking and can be worn for just about anything else. I'm an art student in a cold climate and they're my current favorites. I love the height of the heel, too. Perfect for me!

I love these H-D Alysa boots! They are practical, yet look cool, they are super comfy and I get tons of compliments. I stand all day at my job and my feet are very happy in these boots. I am actually on my 2nd pair in 3 years. I'm so happy they haven't discontinued this timeless boot! I did purchase the 6 1/2 instead of my usual size 7 because I have a very narrow foot. I tighten up the laces and I'm good to go with the ease of having the side zippers to slip them on and off. I do use waterproof protection spray on them for the winter. Zappos is my favorite place to shop for boots! You can't beat their service!

These boots run "true to size". I'm usually a 6.5 in shoes, but in Frye, Dingo, Ariat, Red Wing and Lucchese I am a size 6. These are perfect in size 6.5! Order your regular shoe size in this particular style. I'm wearing them now around the house and am pleased with comfort and height.

This boot is awesome! I love how soft it is, how cushion and it feels and it fits very nicely on my narrow to medium foot. I like that I can wear thick socks with it. Moisture wicking, of course. I want to be able to wear it in all kinds of temperatures. This boot looks great with my jeans and is easy on and off with the zippers on either side. I can't wait to buy my next pair of boots. I think I found my favorite brand of kick around, casual, throw on with my nice jeans for a day out doing errands, shopping or hanging out with my friends at the local pub!

I love these boots. With zippers on both sides they are easy on, easy off. With 2 zippers a little more air does come in so it may not be as good in very cold weather, but they are comfortable.

These are, hands-down, the most comfortable pair of shoes I own, including sandals and sneakers. I've had so many compliments on this, it's awesome. And so easy to put on and off because of the zippers. I wore these for 5 days straight while at Burning Man (a festival thing in the middle of the desert) dancing and walking around everywhere. My feet have been comfortable the whole time, and after a visit to the shoe shine after my trip, they looked new again.

These boocts are so comfortable right from the moment you put them on. I wear them to work at least 8 hours a day and on my feet for at least half of that. Size was true to width and length.

I hesitated a bit before purchasing these boots as I am being very mindful of how I spend my money. They are worth every penny and more! These were wonderful during the February blizzard digging out my car, and equally good now in the spring. The combination of laces and zippers is great. I can get the exact right tightness and support, and not have to redo the work every time I wear them. I buy boots a half size large, can put inserts and heavy socks. I have intermittent mobility and balance issues; these boots have helped me to prevent falls by giving excellent ankle support. Reinforced toes another plus. Easy to keep looking neat and clean. Look really nice, too. Have received compliments.

I bought these boots for my wife, she has used them to ride in my motorcycle and she said that they are very comfortable, that she is using them for daily use. They look great on her. Harley Davidson boots are the best in the market, great quality and affordable. To us they are 5 stars.

These are really nice boots. I must confess that they do not seem at all like traditional biker boots. I actually purchased them for the purpose of everyday wear - for which they are perfect. I have worn them every day since I purchased them, and they are easy to get on and off because of the zippers. Also, as other reviewers have indicated, the leather is soft and there was no breaking in time. They fit true to size and do run narrow, as other reviewers have also indicated, which is perfect for me because I typically wear a AA.

I had owned similar boots years ago and wore them for so long, years actually, until I could no longer ignore the hole in the bottom; buried them somewhere in Europe. When I saw these on Zappos I knew I had found my favorite boots again. I hesitated only a bit because it was my first time buying shoes online, but after reading the reviews I was comfortable enough to make the purchase. The reviews are correct, the boots feel larger than they are. I usually buy size 9.5 in boots, but decide to try a size 9 and they fit perfectly. I love everything about these boots: the boot heel height, the soft leather and the zippers (although one zipper would have been enough, two is okay). Also Zappos customer service was awesome; made online shopping hassle free. Thanks.

Harley-Davidson Alysa - I have not had an opportunity yet to wear these H-D boots. They are comfortable and attractive. I'm hard to fit but I can tell - they fit well and they will be good for hiking and bike-riding. I bought them in black but would also like another pair in a brown.
