I'm a size 12/14, but ordered the plus (I tried the regular, felt too tight). A friend recommended these, but I don't think they are comfortable. I'm just not a thong person I guess! It felt like a wedgie to me. Plus, with the dress I bought them for, you can see the lines at the top of the thong.
