Halloween 2007 at Zappos was totally spooktacular and everyone got into the spirit! Our Costume and Pumpkin Carving contests definitely exemplified our "create fun and a little weirdness" Core Value, while our haunted house was a huge hit and helped raise money for the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation.
I have loved Zappos since first discovering it. Just wanted to tell you, in a world of disappointing customer service; I really appreciate Zappos incredible customer service. Thank you for upgrading my daughters shoes to free next day shipping! Nice surprises are not frequent these days.
