This is a very sexy messenger-style bag. It is a bit smaller than expected, yet way bigger than I need. And for me, I love this medium size! I wanted something with more room than my usual cross-body because I have a two-year old, so I need to bring some extra "stuff" with me, but I am not looking for a diaper bag! I just want to be able to carry our water, antibacterial wipes, sunscreen, wallet, keys, camera, phone, and a few tiny bags of snacks. So, here's what I can fit: two water bottles, one on each side. Inside in two separate pockets: large pop-top of antibacterial wipes and spray-on sunscreen. I am loving that these are in their own very accessible pockets right under the flap. Then, in the interior, I put keys in zip pocket and phone in a separate open pocket. I use the keychain anchor for my camera inside the main compartment, and I have some bunny crackers and my wallet there too. Finally, there is an outside back zipped pocket that I haven't even used yet. I could stash more stuff, but one caveat: it's rather heavy with the water bottles, and, very large bottles won't fit. But your average smaller Dasani bottle will. Style: it's really good-looking. I love that it's made from recycled bottles too. The fabric is crazy durable (this is my second Haiku bag because I love my other so much). I wore it to the state fair and dripped gyro all over it and most dripped right off, more was swiped off with a napkin, and the rest seriously just disappeared. Love this fabric! And did I mention good-looking? Hot bag for an every-day bag with great utility!

This bag is slightly different than earlier iterations of Sharon Eisenhauer's go to bag, which were made out of a very cool faux leather. This one's much more lightweight, and the strap, which is much more like a seat belt fabric, is vastly improved over the kind of chintzy ones on the older bags. The water bottle pockets now stretch to hold a very slim bottle, but they don't work as well as the old ones for sunglasses, etc. I also don't care for the new dimensions as much -- a little too deep, preferred the old version. All in all, though, a very stylish, practical bag, and very comfortable to carry.

Bought this bag for my wife as a gift which was recommended by a friend of hers. My wife loves this bag. She has a Burberry and 2 Coach purses and prefers the Haiku to them. We have 2 kids, so the amount of stuff that can be put inside is great for her.
