This is a nice and roomy bag but from the first day I used it, the zipper constantly gets stuck on the loose fabric inside the bag. I wish I had noticed that before I took the tags off--I would have returned it for sure.

Very cute bag! It is actually worth the price. I purchased the olive color and the contrasting yellow inside the bag is very catchy and appealing. I have received many compliments. The bag is roomy, has many compartments, and I have yet to be able to fill it. The optional straps are nice. The only complaint I would have is the smaller strap can get in the way of searching through the bag and you have no way of removing it, releasing it, or lengthening it to overcome this small annoyance. I actually considered cutting it off but resisted. I chose just to put up with it and eventually I just became used to it being there and really don't notice it anymore. 4 stars overall due to the strap.

I really like this purse. It has a lot of pockets for organization. The only problem I have had is the zipper gets stuck on the material and this makes it difficult to open and close.

For starters, I do really like this bag. Like all the other reviews have stated, it is roomy, stylish, and eco-friendly. My one major gripe is that I purchased this bag in the "Blue Profusion" color and feel like the product I received was more green overall than the representative photo indicated. It isn't something I'm willing to return over - this bag is wonderful - just something that peeved me a bit when I first opened it.
Brands I'd also recommend: Jambu shoes- also super cute and eco-friendly!

I ordered both this bag and the To Go 2 bag. I already have the original To Go and a City Satchel. This is the first Haiku bag in which I've been disappointed. I wanted a bag I could travel with and that would take my iPad and Kindle. This bag easily does that, but everything is kinda all jumbled up together in the bag. The To Go 2 has a separate compartment for my iPad and another for my kindle. Also as mentioned in other reviews the short strap whilst a good idea really gets in the way of putting things in and out of the bag, I am so surprised that it isn't removable. Whilst this is a pretty good purse, it's not for me. I prefer the To Go 2.
