What a great bag! This is the perfect size for credit cards, ID, cell phone, and little odds and ends for just running errands. It's bigger than a wallet, but smaller than a true purse. Just perfect!

I love Haiku bags because they have a pocket for my every need, some of them zipped so I can tuck everything in securely. There were a lot of things going against the Haiku, however. One was the flap front. It looks heavy and feels too formidable to flip open. If not for the flap pocket, this bag would have been a definite "no" for me. My other problem was that the backpack option does not work properly for me. The straps weren't laying out as a backpack strap should, this part should be reworked. Also, what's with the psychedelic colors? The gray was the only one I could work with. The pockets are the only reason I got this bag, but if Haiku comes up with a better design, and the price is still as reasonable, I will consider it.

This is a very attractive purse, but not practical. The top closes with a snap which is hard to manipulate, and this leaves the purse contents partially exposed, it doesn't seem secure to loss of something from the purse. I would prefer a thicker shoulder strap, as was on my first Haiku purse.

I was really hoping tat this would finally be the perfect bag that I was looking for, but alas, it had some issues that were big enough for me to return it. First of all, it was bigger than I anticipated, and I checked the measurements against my current bag. I was willing to deal with that, but the thing that really did not work was the front flap. It is huge and cumbersome, especially if you try to put anything in any of the several handy looking pockets. I thought I could even deal with that by leaving it empty and putting my stuff in the other pockets in the bag, but then the flap stuck out in such a way as to make it impossible to use the magnetic closures, and it looked weird and bulky besides. That is such a shame, since all the pockets really are what I was looking for in a bag.

I love this bag. I wish it came in black or navy. I'm always worried it will get dirty. I did Scotchgard it. I love the handles and the pretty blue inside. I've had haiku totes before and wore them out. They're worth every penny.

This bag is absolutely beautiful. Sporty but elegant, a perfect everyday bag for a young hip mom. However, the strap is incredibly uncomfortable! It's too narrow so it digs into my shoulder, and the adjustment buckle is too bulky and digs in as well, even through a thin jacket. I plan to use this in the summer too so it needs to be comfortable on bare skin - it is not. Also, the fabric tends to pick up lint very easily. After just trying it on it was covered with lint from a shirt that has never been linty before. I was very disappointed because right out of the box it was SO CUTE.

Love the bag! Perfect size to carry basics plus a little extra like a water bottle, book or ipad. Love the material (seems easy to keep clean) and the additional touch of stitching adds that little flare that puts a smile on my face!

PERFECT everyday purse and this is my second of this style. I LOVE all the pockets and have a place for all my stuff and know exactly where to go to access. LOVE everything but the strap and could be a bit more comfy (but it could be much worse) AND I am looking at getting a third! (Says ALOT.) PS get plenty of compliments too.

This is a perfect every day bag for me. I put my lipstick and keys in the front zipper pocket. My iPhone fits perfectly in the back zipper pocket where it will not bump into anything that might scratch the screen. The main compartment has plenty of room for my wallet, a small cosmetic bag, my glasses case, and more. The inside pockets offer even more organizational options. Even my iPad (which has a very slim cover) fits into this bag. The cross-body strap is adjustable and removable. I like that the strap is a little bit wider than on many other bags it does not cut into my shoulder. The other strap is also adjustable, and at its longest, it will work as a regular shoulder bag. A small detail that I really appreciate: the clips that hold the straps to the bag swivel, and therefore the cross-body strap never gets twisted up. I am also a fan of the zippers. I do not know if the material is plastic, but they are soft to the touch, unlike those heavy-duty metal zippers that are rough on your hands when reaching into the compartments. I got the navy. I like the two-tone with the turquoise accents. The design of the interior lining is fun. On the navy, the front accents are subtle. When you open the main compartment the entire way, when it is time to zip it closed, you have to hold onto the end of the zipper fabric. This leaves the end of the zipper hanging out, which does not look great to me, so I tuck it back in. This is not a big deal at all for me, but some people might not like that. The only thing that is truly a con for me is that the navy color attracts pet hair and lint. I thought about returning the bag for that issue alone, because I thought it would always look messy, but I absolutely love every other aspect of the bag, so I kept it. I admit I am a very picky person. Some people might not notice the lint at all. Because I think I might be overly picky, I do not even feel that issue is enough to take away a star. I hope this review was helpful.

I love this bag! It works well as a second bag to put things in and carry on my way to work. It is stylish and just goes with my look. It is also very roomy!

Really like this bag. My search is finally over for a small purse that will fit my phone and items I would keep in a wallet. My iPhone 6 fit in here complete with its otter box defender case on. This was just what I was looking for. I really like the small scale of this bag.

It is a cute bag and it's really roomy but the lack of padding on the straps can be hard on the shoulders after a while. Also it is hard to reach the bottom without resting the bag on your leg or a table and I am not a short person (5'9").

This bag is the perfect size for me when I want to carry a lot around with me. I can comfortably carry my 35mm SLR camera and a couple of lenses in it along with my few necessities of billfold, brush, etc. on the occasions when I want to haul the camera along to family events or to the park, but want my purse too. I love the cross body feature and use it constantly, it's great, adjustable, comfortable. The quality of fabric and zippers is superb. I am so happy with that, because the purse feels and looks so well made. I expect to use it for many years. My only tiny criticism is that the top zipper closure does not cover the full length of the top opening. However, when the bag is carried, the sides are pulled up tight to the zipper, just by the weight of the bag. So I don't view it as a big issue, just a thing to know about the design of the purse. Overall, I'm so happy with this purse and would definitely buy another Haiku bag.

I love the color and overall style of this bag. It is nice and roomy and carries everything in the bucket section, however, I feel like for the size of the bag, the pockets are undersized. It would have been easy to make them reach all the way across the length of the bag. There is no pocket big enough for a check book, so you just have to leave everything with any size at all in the main compartment.

I love this bag so much that I bought the Stone Green and Aubergine colors. The stone green is an olive color, and Aubergine is a dark purple. They are both gorgeous. This bag holds a lot and is a perfect size. I use one of them every day!

This is a beautiful bag, but it was just too large and unwieldy to be a useful gym bag. If you have a lot of equipment, enough to fill this bag, I think it would just be too heavy. For a pair of shoes and three sets of gym clothes, it was just too large.

This is not a serious travel bag, it is an idea that does not work, the fabric is stiff, like canvas, and that makes the zips not run nicely. The strap hardware is way too heavy. I am returning it.

I received this bag as a gift - and what a wonderful gift it is! I enjoy the look and feel - as well as the design being spacious without feeling bulky. The colors and pattern are delightful - I am definitely in tune with the Autumn - being born in the Fall and a natural red-head - so I have a lot of fun with this palette - combining outfits to go with my awesome Haiku Stroll bag. As a life-long ecologist and mostly vegan person - I am grateful to have a beautiful accessory that is stylish, useful and non-harming to planet and animals! Thank you Haiku, and thank you to my wonderful friend who selected this gift for me.

This bag looked absolutely beautiful on line. Received it and was not happy with the colors or the style. First the colors, they are muted and look much duller in person. If you are expecting a rich gold or amber color, you will be disappointed. It looks like a dull dried out mustard brown. Second, the fabric. It looks like a silky sateen or fabric in the picture but in person the blue looks like heavy duty nylon. Finally, the style. It looks great as a bucket bag on its own. But pick it up and put it over your should and it collapses into this slouchy mess. I generally like Haiku but this attempt at a "city" bag misses the mark.

I like this bag. I got it because I was tired of jamming my laptop into my purse. This is big enough to fit a lot of stuff, although if it was fully loaded it could be really heavy. There are tons of pockets of all shapes and sizes. I do not use the cross strap. I've found it a bit difficult to reach into the bag for something if it's on my shoulder, but that's not a dealbreaker. And I've gotten compliments on it from strangers and friends. One thing I wish was different- that there was a flat bottom or metal feet to keep it upright on its own. I have to prop it against something and it picks up pet fur from my floor at home (there's no stopping pet fur). Some reviewers commented that the laptop velcro strap was not useful for larger laptops. I have a 13" Macbook Air plus I shove an old school iPad with it and the velcro strap doesn't fully line up. I usually don't use it. But the entire bag zips closed. I see no instance in which a laptop could get lifted or fly from the bag.

This bag carries the bare minimum. The outside slip pocket holds my smartphone. The outside zip pocket holds a small lipstick, small pen and tiny sticky notes. The main compartment holds a pair of reading glasses and my bifold wallet. This is not much larger than a clutch. The crossbody strap and the wrist strap are very sturdy. I had the crossbody strap yanked in a casino in Vegas and it didn't budge. I also bought the red one as a travel purse.
