Honesty from Born fan...
I have these shoes in black. (Found at dept. store for an amazing deal.) I have many Born shoes, and this is one of my favorites. However, it's not that comfortable towards the end of the work day (and I'm sitting most of the time). But what shoe is? I try not to do that much walking in these, as my foot slides towards the peep toe, but a girl's gotta try to keep the girlish figure. Still, overall very satisfied. Would love these in a metallic.

I agree with the reviewer who said this would be the perfect shoe in a quarter size. 7.5 was too long, 7 too short, so back these went. But they looked good on my feet and had a comfortable footbed. I did consider hobbling around in too-small or too-big shoes to be able to keep them.

Pretty shoe, but not for every foot shape. Seems like these could be very comfortable with a cushioned footbed and (relatively) low heel, but I couldn't find a size that fit. I usually wear a 7.5, but it was far too large. 7 was too small - I had to shove my foot down through the peeptoe and my heel still hung over the back of the shoe. Even in the too-small size, the sling back wouldn't stay up. I would marry the shoemaker who offers quarter sizes.

Great shoe overall -
I love this shoe. It's a high heel but the footbed is very padded and the leather is really soft. To me it is the ultimate high heel for these reasons. The only drawback is that it pinches in the toe. (I would say I have a relatively average foot--maybe a tiny bit beefier than most.) I'm hoping the leather will stretch. I haven't worn them a full day yet for this reason. I still wear more comfortable shows on my commute. I don't understand any woman wearing high heels on a commute.
Other reviews have said that the strap falls down. This is true if I don't have it tightened to the shortest hole. I expect over time I will have to have another hole punched into the strap.
As for look, I think they can go with both jeans and dresses.

Cute and fairly comfy -
Great with jeans - amazing padding in the footbed. If on my feet for hours they aren't quite as comfy as I'd thought they'd be, but still great shoes. I have the brown color - very nicely made.

I Really Wanted to Like these....
These are darling shoes. They have a very comfortable and soft foot bed with a nice arch support, BUT.... I had two problems with them. Foremost was that the sling strap didn't stay put, so they slipped off my heel. I tightened it to its smallest setting, to no avail. And since size 6 is the smallest size available, I wasn't able to get a 5.5 to see if that would work better. Secondly, the toe bed is tight, so that my toes do not actually show in the peep hole! Again I thought that with a half size smaller, I could stretch the toe bed to push my foot deeper and show my toes, along with keeping the strap on the back. But again...I already had the smallest size available. So maybe for someone with a bigger foot, try a half size smaller than you normally wear and they might work better for you. But unfortunately, mine are being returned.
