Bésame Cosmetics is the vision of designer and CEO Gabriela Hernandez, who decided to bring the luxury and romance she craved back to the cosmetics industry. Creating a line infused with a romantic sensibility that is rich in history, her inspiration was sparked by a combination of her background in art and design, her love for feminine detail, and her fond memories of her glamorous and stunning grandmother who could stop a bus on any busy New York City street, day or night. A Treat! I love this mascara. It's the only one I will and have used since it was introduced a few months back. Love the scent, smells like ginger. It is waterproof but comes off easy with makeup remover. Doesn't smear or run. Container is beautiful like with all Besame products.
