This hat is much floppier than I expected. It started out with a fairly rigid brim, parallel to the ground as shown in the picture -- this is what I wanted. However, the more I wear it, the more it droops, changing shape with the heat and humidity. Sometimes it melts right down over my ears! I have to rotate the hat to keep the brim from closing over my entire head. \r\n\r\nThe size of the hat has increased as well. Good thing I bought the smallest size, because it has expanded until the crown of the hat is sitting right on top of my head.

I bought this hat for my honeymoon in French Polynesia. It's comfortable and stylish... I love it. According to my head size (56cm) the Goorin Brothers size chart said I would need size medium, I ended up ordering size small after reading reviews on different sites, and it fit perfectly- not too tight or loose.
