Had the same problem with foot rolling inward. Great customer service. Shoes were replaced immediately and they are a great, comfortable hiking shoe. Just what I expected!

I found these boots to be very hot. My feet were sweating after only a few minutes wearing them. The right boot fit fairly well. The left fit a bit more loosely in the back and my heel slid up and down. This would definitely have led to a blister. Also, the left boot seemed to make my foot evert. The inserts did not fix this. The top of the boots rocked uncomfortably against my ankles.

I really wanted to like these boots. On paper they are exactly what I was looking for, but in reality they were a big disappointment. The sizing was correct, and they look good, but the uppers are way too stiff so they bite into the back of my ankles, even when unlaced, making them really uncomfortable. Also, the outside edge of the soles seem to be higher than the inside edge, producing a noticeable inward roll. My feet do not roll inward when I stand barefoot, but they did in these shoes. That has to be terrible for one's joints.
