100% as advertised. I’m so grateful to have found these shoes (at my local shoestore, btw). They do run narrow (which is very helpful to me because I have narrow heels and very high arches and I’m finding it more and more difficult to find shoes that work for me). I slipped in a pair of Superfeet insoles and it’s as if these were made for my feet. Most people will probably be fine with the support as-is.

My review in a nutshell is perfect! I've been looking for a cute, casual, sneaker-like shoe to wear out and about. The cute sneakers had no support, and the comfy sneakers had no style. I also wanted something that didn't make me look like I was trying to be a teenager and I didn't want something that looked orthopedic. These are exactly what I was looking for! The fact that they came in a salmon color was just icing on the cake! I did wear them on an easy hike and like a previous reviewer said, they were a little slippery going downhill. But for cruising around on errands, they are exactly what I was looking for. As an added bonus, you can customize the inserts to make them fit with thick socks or thin socks. I love them!

I bought these shoes to go hiking in Montana. I had a sore big toe so I wanted something with a wider toe box but since I have narrow feet, not too wide. These were great! No problems at all while some of my friends in their hiking boots got purple toe nails from the hike down.

I just absolutely love my sneakers. They are very comfortable and light. My job involves long hours on my feet, so these shoes are perfect. My co-workers tell me they love them and want to know where I get them.

Great shoe! I have never tried GoLite brand before. This shoe looks good and feels great on my foot. It comes with a total of 3 foot bed inserts. Narrow, medium, or wide. Great idea!

I have difficulty finding comfortable shoes but these are fairly good. I removed the insole and put in my orthotics and it actually fit better than I expected. They rub my heel a lot and I have blisters even though I've been putting on bandaids to protect. If the heel rubbing problem goes away, these shoes will be very comfortable. And I like the look!

I purchased these shoes for an upcoming trip to France (lots of walking in the cold). I began breaking them in today. They are comfortable and sturdy and do not make my 8 1/2 size feet look big (actually small and cute). I ordered 8 1/2, they fit great and I am wearing thick socks. Thin socks fit great, too. I have an issue with the shoes I frequently have on Keen shoes among others (and believe it's not an issue with the shoe as much as my foot)..a part digs into my Achilles's tendon. A few band-aids or some moleskin in the heel of the shoe fixes this. I have not yet played with the varied insoles. I have a wide ball of the foot and high arches. My arches are supported and my ball of foot area is not too snug/cramped.

Great shoe so far! Very comfortable heel fit (I have a bit of a narrow heel, size 11), enough room in toe box. However, stepped on a wet wood deck and slipped (almost fell, wrenched my appendix). Wait, I don't have an appendix. I'd be careful on wet, flat surfaces.

This is a great fitting shoe. The sole is thick so you don't feel rocks and sticks under your feet. Keeps feet warm, consequently not as much air in there.

I love the looks of the shoe. I is comfortable. What I like best, aside from the looks, is how lightweight it is. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the kind of hobnail sole. It's like walking on rubber cleats, but I'm getting used to it.

I purchased these shoes to be my primary walking and hiking shoes for a long European trip. They are good-looking, well-made, and durable, which makes them appropriate for a variety of settings. They initially rubbed my heel a bit, but they're leather, so they broke in quickly.

I have very narrow feet, so I thought the extra padding in the insole would help, but it just took up room in the toe box. Great shoe, wish they would have fit my arch and heel!

Love my new shoes! They took about a day to become comfortable, but now I do not want to take them off. My regular size felt a little small, so I took out the insole (as suggested by the manufacturer) and now they're perfect. They are sporty and rugged, and at the same time pretty cute; I've received many compliments on the style and color. I always mention I bought them at Zappos -- as usual, the service was great and free shipping both ways makes it a no-brainer.

This shoe was like walking on a temperpedic insole for the first week. However, It was not comfortable after that. There is no arch. The back of the left shoe rubs ones heal. Though it looks really cute. It is not comfortable at all for a person with medium arch.

These shoes are great. They are very light weight and comfortable. I wear orthodics and there is plenty of room without the shoe getting too tight. They are also very stylish and unique. I love them!
