I love this shoe! It is so comfortable, no break in required. I read that some people had rubbing, but question what sock they were wearing, because I had no issue. I now have 2 pairs of these, and love them! I also love the inserts that I can adjust on the days my feet are swollen.

At last I have found a shoe that works great with my custom orthotics!

I love the Go Lite with system that allows you to have a narrow, medium and wide shoe all in one item. You just change the insole and it's done. AtaBoy Go Lite. I really like the material and comfort except for I had minor problem with the back of the shoe making my heel sore for a while. Now all is okay.

These shoes have a cool feature that I have never seen anywhere else. They ship as a medium (B) but can be changed to a narrow (A) or a wide (D) depending on the addition or removal of a portion of the foot bed (instructions inside). They have good cushion & support, are very lightweight, and are a very cute alternative to tennis shoes, especially with jeans or shorts. They also have excellent traction which would make them ideal for hiking and other outdoor activities. They run small, so I would highly recommend ordering up a half size. (I normally wear a 9 but needed a 9 1/2 in these). Alas, as great as they feel at first, after a half hour or so my feet start to hurt, which is always the case with shoes that are too narrow for my crazy-wide (EE) feet. However, because I have faith they will be comfortable with the proper width, I am trying again with the men's version.

Extremely comfortable with a great fit, appreciate the extra room in the toe area. Nice style as well, the shoe looks better in person than in pictures. Only a few hot spots after a full day wear but I'm attributing that to subpar socks. First GoLite, would buy this brand again.

These shoes are a little expensive, but well worth it. They are solidly constructed and comfortable, with striking good looks. Can be used in the office or on the trail. The included pads were great to customize the fit for my not-quite-equal right and left feet. Also they arrived at my door only 24 hours after placing the order.

I love these shoes. I have three pair, brown, grey and light blue. I wear them just about every day. They fit my feet like a glove and have great support. I have osteoarthritis in my feet and am on my feet 9-10 hours a day. These shoes make a big difference for me. They look really cute on and since I'm only 35 with arthritis it is important to me not to wear orthopedic looking shoes. I'm getting the pink ones next!

I have been a big fan of the GoLite Lime Lite style shoes. I have three pairs and the Spark Lite shoes are not the same. They don't feel as well-made and have very little support. They do have a high arch which for some is great. For me I find the arches uncomfortably high and I don't have flat feet. While I can wear the Lime Lite style all day and feel great, I can only where these a couple hours and they make my feet and knees hurt. They seem cheaper feeling and the sole seems really thin. Compared to other GoLite shoes I am very disappointed.

These shoes are wonderful in many ways. They are light, cute, cushioned. My problem with them is that only one of them rubs in an uncomfortable place on my Achilles tendon. I'm going to try to wear them with a bandaid there because otherwise, I like them. A big plus is that they come with 2 different sizes of inserts for people with narrower feet, making it possible for all sizes to be comfortable wearing them.

I bought these shoes for a trip to Israel which involved a lot of walking and climbing. They were comfortable from day one!

These are great, light shoes that can be slightly adjusted for width via removable inserts. I am actually amazed at how light they are, given how supportive.

These shoes are the greatest ever! I absolutely love them. I was looking for something to use for participating in Dog Agility which includes running on wet grass. The bottoms of these are like cleats, they prevent me from slipping. They are also extremely comfortable and nice looking. They are a bit snug in that I can only wear kind of thin socks with them, so if you wear thicker, athletic socks you might want to order up 1/2 size. But I am super happy with these. I love the little doggy paw on the front of the toe, and that probably convinced me to get them compared to other similar brands, but now I'm 100% sold.

Heel rides up too far and as others have reviewed they dig into the ankle area. They do accommodate orthotics well.

I love the look of this shoe. Even on my size 11 feet it looked small. Unfortunately, I didn't like the fit. I found it to be a tad on the small side lengthwise. I could not stand the vinyl insole. I found it to provide little support and it was slippery and very hot. After trying them around the house for a minimal time period, I had blisters starting on both heels. This shoe has a lot of potential, but it is not the shoe for me.

Thought I was going to love this shoe, but it is not true to size. I wear a 6 or 6.5, and I got this in a 6.5. On short hikes, it was OK, but just took a longer (5 mile) hike, and my toes are hurting. Especially presses on the big toe. Not happy... Otherwise, shoe is nice, great weight and good arch support. But I'm hoping my nails don't turn black. I've worn them, so can't return them.

Ordered these for a trip I was making to the Italian Alps for some hiking. It took several orders to finally get the right size, but once I got that figured out, these worked really great. Super comfortable whether I was walking on level trails, rocky ones, uphill, downhill, etc. Some of the trails were gravel and I never felt like I would slip - they felt good. Glad that I didn't give up when I had trouble finding the right size (a 1/2 size bigger than my normal shoe size).

These are nice lightweight walkers I bought for taking the dogs out on simple trails. They provide good support for my foot and good traction. I like that they have a trim profile and not too heavy a tread. If your walks are not on pavement, but not heavy duty hiking, this is a very good choice.

I love these shoes! They are super comfy and very stylish. Perfect with jeans and a sweatshirt.

These shoes are great. They are very light weight and comfortable. I wear orthodics and there is plenty of room without the shoe getting too tight. They are also very stylish and unique. I love them!
