Simply put: The best shoes I've ever owned. I'm going to buy a few pair of these in case they are ever discontinued. Day one: 6 mile hike in the dirt/rocks, gravel, sand, woods, brush, you name it. My feet were not even sore. They breathe well so this would not be a wet climate or snow shoe. But cool to hot weather, good to go. The materials are very well chosen for each part of its construct. Feels like a running shoe, grips like a hiking boot. Check out that mean tread, perfecto! Smart people designed these shoes.

I have been wearing GoLite Fly Lites for many years because of the great fit and overall feel, the Fly Lites are no longer maid so I bought a pair of GoLite Trek Lites and I have got to say they are great. I'm on my feet a lot during the day and I need a pair of shoes that feel good on my feet, and it really looks like GoLite has done it again with a new pair of shoes. So those of you that were wondering if the Trek Lites are good, they’re GREAT!

This shoe rocks! I was a wear tester for this shoe and can attest that it has a great ride and is really comfortable.

Like running in cleats... Took them out of the box and hit my favorite trail. I barely escaped injury several times. I was slipping and sliding all over the place. The spikes that are supposed to form to the terrain only seemed to fold, throwing me off balance. If you're like me and looking to try something different - don't. Stick with what you know.
