I love these shoes. I bought them a couple years ago. Then when I wore the heel out of those I bought another pair. My favorite colorway was the all white with black toe, I wish they did not discontinue it. The second time I got the black/charcoal/white which is almost the exact same but with a grey panel in there. I am normally a 7 in mens shoes (8½ in womens), but I needed a 7½ in these. They are very comfortable and have nice, thick ankle padding. Once my current pair wears out I am getting another pair!

Love these shoes. Came from Adio's and Osiris because I like the wider puffier skate shoes. I was a little skeptical of these at first but very glad I got them now. Actually thinking about getting a second pair. The all-in-one tongue is nice, they are roomy, very durable, and they have a lot more padding than you initially think putting them on. Definitely a happy customer, and a solid buy.

Amazing shoe! Great fit, awesome design, and extremely comfortable. My feet feel like they're making out with angels. I ordered them yesterday around 3:30 pm and they arrived this morning at 10 am. I will be ordering another pair of these shoes for work very soon and you can be sure I will be ordering them through Zappos.

Most skate shoes are a fashion statement, but the Globe Fusion & Sabres are the real deal. Both shoes feature a unique tongue that connects to heel collar which keeps the tongue in place. The ankle is entirely padded, extending down to the heel counter. The shoe offers better than average protection from board injury. The toes start off stiff but break in at the flex point, offering decent dexterity. The other thoughtful design points, pull tabs on the tongue, simple sole texture allows for decent grip and reinforced bottom eyelet. They're more comfortable than than the average skate shoe, mostly due to the tongue design, as it always stays and place and doesn't smash itself against your ankle. The Sabres offer better heel padding, nice if you're jumping up and down. They run slightly wide, which work well for my wide feet, although I still had to buy slightly large. They also come in dark colors, to hide the wear and tear of skating. They could last a little longer in the sole, 6 months of daily skating and these things are toast, although this is average for skate shoes for me. Your mileage will vary based on skate habits. If you're looking for comfort, protection.

I love Globes! They are the best shoe ever. I walk on concrete and my dog chewed my last pair so I ordered this pair because of the innersock. I love how it molds to your foot. Just glad to be the one who got to get the last one in my size. Thanks Zappos!

This shoe fits well for those who have a wide foot, and it has a very snug fit. I really like the design of the shoe because a stretchable ankle bridge that other shoes don't. The outer part is pretty tough, I slid a dozen times and it held up. Aside from that the rubber I feel is a bit harder than the Vans gum shoes.

First and foremost, I am a woman who loves skate shoes. I've never been a skater, but comfort wise, skate shoes are the best there is. I work in warehousing, so I walk 10 hours a day on concrete - so I definitely need something comfy! I have been struggling to find a pair of shoes to replace my women's Adios that I bought about four years ago. These are pretty close to those! Very comfy, very padded. So far, in love with them. Can't say anything about durability obviously, but they look and feel very well made. Just on a note -- check out the tongue to collar thing on these shoes. It's a little weird, and a little odd to get used to. Nothing bad, just weird. Overall, so far (3 weeks or so) -- love them!

Anyone that remembers the original Chet Thomas 4 will love this shoe. Globe brought back the design, and tweaked it with some new style. A+.

The best shoes Globe makes now a days, a true cup sole is where it's at. I just wish the sole had more diverse tread patterns like the Sabre, in a was, but if you used to skate and wear Chet Thomas shoes, then these are your pick.

These are the third pair of Globes I have owned and they are by the far the best shoes I have ever had. I would highly recommend any pair of Globes to anyone who is a skateboarder or just wants a comfortable pair of shoes to walk around in.

I purchased these for my son. These are wonderful, total slide on sneakers! Laces just tuck in and it's all good. This sneaker is meant to be a slide on, not a tie every time, so my boys love them. Easy on, easy off. Loads of padding, nicely made!
