Like most skate shoes, these have a stiff footbed and padded walls. Not much in the way of arch support, but if you know what you're getting when buying this type of shoe, you'll absolutely love this shoe. It looks great!

A very nice shoe, a very well made shoe. True to size. Very few size 14 shoes are available, this one is available in a 14. Can't go wrong! Good price.

I needed a pair of brown shoes in my lineup. I bought these because they are the best looking brown shoes Zappos offers. They are really comfortable and have quickly become one of my favorite shoes to wear.

Awesome kicks! The color is a bit more maroon than they look on my screen, but I like that. I own three pairs of Globes and they are all a bit smaller than "normal" sizing, but I knew that and got them a size bigger. All in all very happy with these shoes. The footbed is a little stiff, but my guess is that they'll break in.

These shoes are very stylin'. The black and white pair is striking to the eye and expect a lot of comments coming your way. Price-wise and quality-wise, globe has got just about every other skate brand beat with the Encore.

Great pair of shoes. I got them for my grandson and he said they fit to size and are very comfortable. I've bought him others of this brand and being a teen they never got worn out before his foot grew in size.

Great shoe! These have great looks at a great price. I ordered the earth/khaki color and I love this shoe. Globe has been a good brand as of late, very reliable and consistent shoes that last.

So far I have bought 3 pairs of the "Encore" Globe shoe model for my son to skate in. He loves them because they are comfortable, hold up well, and grip well. I only wish that they would last a little longer before getting holes along the side of the shoe. They have lasted longer than 4 other brands we have tried. I guess that's pretty good considering he skates 2+ hours a day. The designs are really cool, too. Zappos is a pleasure to do business with: always super courteous, and shoes get here fast! We'll be ordering more soon.

Cool Shoe - Bought this for my son, he said it was just a little too small. I am not sure if maybe his foot has grown or if the shoe runs 1/2 size small. Other than that, he loves the style.

I'm only 4'10" and these boots are FABULOUS for a petite person. I wear a size 4 and the shaft height on these boots is perfect for my not so long legs :o) I also love the fact that the buckles on the sides are adjustable for smaller calves. (I was initially concerned as I read all the reviews noting these boots were great for larger calves.) The heel height makes these boots work appropriate and very comfortable (insoles are awesome too). I've only owned Sudini knee boots in the past and I won't buy another brand ever - completely worth the money. I wear a size 4 so a million thanks to Sudini for making a 4 and thank you Zappos for carrying the 4! I do a ton of online shopping and Zappos has the most unbelievable shipping turnaround time I've seen - truly AMAZING! Thank you, Zappos!!

Globe Encore - Perfect shoes - the insole is well padded and the hexagon grip works perfect. The toe cap and the ollie area hold up well and the stitching doesn’t wear off, both areas are double layered. These shoes lasted me about 3 and a half months and always felt comfortable. Get them, you wont be disappointed.
