"I just wanted to thank you for the amazing service I experienced with Zappos. I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding and they were too small - and none were left in my size on your site. I thought I'd just buy them somewhere else, but I couldn't find the shoes anywhere else! I called and explained the situation, and the person I spoke with (I wish I had written down her name!) actually went online and searched for me to see if she could find them elsewhere. When they didn't turn up, she took my phone number and said she'd call me back within a week and let me know if she could get them. Sure enough, a week later, she called. Unfortunately she hadn't found the shoes (and I ended up paying almost twice the cost at the mall eventually!) but I was so impressed with the customer service that I'm telling everyone I know about Zappos! Thank you again! "
