"Zappos Team, I normally don't comment on how a company does when they are just doing their job. In this case though, I just have to. I bought 4 pair of Heelys from you for my grandkids. I was frustrated with everyone telling me they were out or had a limited selection in the sporting good stores. It was 11:00 at night, so I got online and tried my best to find a good reliable company that had the quality, quick turn-around service, and is a decent price. It was harder than I thought until I found Zappos. Being the skeptic that I am, I had meetings all day long on the day of delivery and was concerned that since I wasn't home, I was going to have some kind of hassle having to go somewhere to pick the package up or not have it delivered on the day that was promised, etc... Since we only have the weekend left before Christmas, I really didn't think they would be here on time. To my surprise, when I got home from work, the package was at my front door and then when I opened the box and I knew I was working with a quality company with excellent service. The packaging with the plastic air packets protecting the items and exactly what I ordered combined with your service and excellent website prompted me to send this email. My hat is off to you! Your products, service, and personnel are all top notch and the best I have ever seen for a Web-Based company. The woman I spoke to in Las Vegas deserves a raise! She was very helpful and customer oriented and was the main reason I originally bought from you. One Very Satisfied Customer!"
