Zappos is amazing. Had to exchange the last pair I bought because I ordered the wrong size. These came super quick, fit great and look awesome. Customer support was very helpful. I'll be ordering more soon.

I could not be more pleased with my purchase. The quality was everything I expected and the service was outstanding. Delivery was fast and without charge. The shoes did not fit but a free return was authorized immediately with a preprinted shipping label and the appropriate size was sent to me while my return was enroute. Everything was truly electronic but when the wrong fit was discovered a highly efficient and personable service agent was quick to the rescue. I told many family members and friends of the pleasant purchase experience. I will return for another purchase.

These are not comfortable at all. They are still breaking in after a month. It's too bad as they look decent and were affordable.

Very nice shoe but sadly I have to return it as it seems to be missing a coat or 2 of dye. You can see areas on the shoe where they did not dye it properly. Grey blotches on a black shoes.

Breaking my black pair took 2 weeks of pain and blisters either side of my ankles, the leather is of poor quality and is extra hard. For this I resorted to wearing bandaids for cushioning. In normal wear and tear I scuffed near the toe of the shoe and the leather peeled straight off. The rear of the sole on both shoes fell off at the same time, 3 weeks after purchase.

Shoe overall is very attractive,,, unfortunately the heel came apart from the soul so returned shoes... too bad for a very good looking shoe

Beautiful shoe, that has a comfortable footbed. The color is true to the picture and has a rich, elegant look. Minor complaints are that they do feel a little thin and there are slight imperfections with some of the detailing (stitching slightly misaligned). This also ran about half a size too long.
