Great shoes, great price, and great service. When I first received these, they were really tight. I was debating on sending them back. I stuck with them and glad I did. They have broken in perfectly. Nicely padded foot bed. Soft feel. I love them, and have received many compliments. I would buy another pair in a heartbeat.

For less than 60 bones, I was a little skeptical on the quality of the shoes. I've now worn them to 2 weddings and a graduation (quite a feat for me since I'm really comfortable in my Keens which I also bought from Zappos is 10 stars) and they are great! All leather with a really nice padded foot bed. Very stylish for a guy whose on the verge of geezerdom (I'm 51). Keep up the good work Zappos! No more crowded malls or discount shoe warehouse's for me.

Although I really like these shoes overall they really tore up my heels the first two weeks I wore them. I had to wear band-aids the whole time. The back of the shoe is extremely stiff and unforgiving until the shoes are broken in. I do not have a problem with them anymore after a few weeks of use.

Great looking, comfortable shoe (once broken in), but that is where the awesomeness stops. I really wish I could give this product a good review, but there are two major reasons why I cannot: a lingering chemical odor, and the quality of the leather. I have had these shoes for over 5 months now, and the chemical smell of the soles is still very strong. It is very annoying. The leather crimped in very odd ways on of the shoes creating an almost bubbly like surface on the shoe. Most leather shoes have a couple crimp lines, but my left one has like 6. Not very impressed. I wish I would have returned them.

Comfortable (after broken in - around the third wearing), good support, cushioned, stylish. These shoes look and feel like I paid significantly more.

Great shoe for the price. They took quite a while to break in (longer than any dress shoes I've owned), but to me, it's worth the savings compared to similar looking shoes. They definitely look high-end. After the break-in period (a week or two), they are very comfortable.
