These are the best boots I have ever worn. Always seem to have a case of the hot sweaty feet, so I purchased these based on their claim to keep my feet cool. The holes in the soles Work! Yes a little bit pricier than other boots but the build, quality of leather, and performance outshine cheaper boots. I wear these with jeans for work and get tons of compliments.

It's like Brad the first reviewer says: don't be fooled with high end brands or think you have to spend more to get more. Frankly if you spend more than 200.00 for shoes, you're a dum dum since everything if you wear them every day may last at most one year. These are the bomb. Period. End of story. I know at first glimpse you think, do I want a boot with a heel or a low top? The heck with the boots, but these are as easy to put on as shoes and once on these are the first goods that when the door bell rings I go, Shoot, I need to put some shoes on before I go out. I forgot they were on my feet. These are more comfortable than my house shoes and I think I can sleep with them on. No kidding. These fit the bill for every situation. Stylish, classy, cool. I'm scratching my head wondering why they haven't sold out at full price. These seem to do the job for light hiking long walks and my first choice for any and everything. So why try to kill your feet with the newest hiking boots with the nobs when these look like hikers, feels like walking on air, and breathes with respira holes and look primo with jeans? And on back upon further examination has a drivers heel. I know it says made in China but I tell you these are better than most of my shoes made in Portugal or Italy. I could go on for days but different strokes for different folks and when I see a lot of what other people wear, I scratch my head. I know the economy is bad but don't buy cheaper shoes. Get these. I ordered all kinds from internet and if I had to pick only one, this is more comfortable than sneakers.

These are the everyday every wear shoe. Forgot I had them. Can sleep in them. If they cost $500.00 it would be worth it. Driver's heel, better looking than hiking shoes, more comfortable than sneakers, easier to get on than low tops, feels like walking on air. Kept passing these by and realized all the other shoes I bought were junk. These will fool you at first sight almost like a chameleon until you put them on, but when I first saw these on sight I took notice right away and zoned. They got off track buying other garbage that people seemed to buy and everything they bought is now on the site you know that they are trying to unload. It's like an ex-president puts it: thousand points of light. All points to one - the chosen one.

Is it a boat? Is it an airplane? Is it a hiker? Is it a dress shoe or perhaps a driving shoe with a black not scuff dirty white but has a black kick plate with a small heel? Maybe a sneaker in disguise? No, it's supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. It's Geox-olicious and while the basketball stars are selling their air garbage to everyone, doesn't it make more sense to let air out? I'm laughing all the way to the bank over the money I saved while other people have their hiking boots in closet for 9 months. Their sneakers wear out so quick - flat bottoms and uncomfortable dress shoes or boots with huge thank you, Geox. There is an audience for you and please keep coming.

These are fantastic boots. I am not quite sure why these fall under an athletic type shoe. I would consider them to be more of a casual (maybe hiking/walking) boot. Anyway, I am very impressed with the quality of construction and snappy looks. Having trained in and taught the martial arts for more than 3 decades, my feet are quite beat up and I need as much cushion as possible. I had to put an extra insole in these boots to add a little more cushion. I would imagine that the average person would not have to do as I did. These are very comfortable and hug my feet. Great support! Again, top notch quality construction and looks. I am considering getting the black/grey ones. Oh yes, the sale price is super. They are definitely a steal at this price.

I just received these and wow, I'm impressed. When I first saw these on Zappos.com they intrigued me. I thought they were a neat looking hybrid. Now I admit, I'm usually frugal (some would say cheap) when buying shoes. I never, ever pay over this much for any pair but something about these were just too cool to pass up so I took the plunge and ordered them. When they arrived I'm pleased to say they actually look better in person than in photos. Quality construction, nice looking leather work. They are handsome, yet different. I love these shoes and will definitely buy Geox again. I just hope they don't discontinue them before this pair wears out.

I bought these shoes to my husband and he loved them, they look awesome and they are super comfortable; I buy all the time Geox shoes for my son and this is the first time I bought for my husband but definitely Geox are amazing for all the family. Thanks Zappos for having Geox in your family!
