Geox Reviews
Love this wedge! Very comfortable, super stylish, but not over the top. They look high, but they don't feel that way.
I ordered these shoes hoping for comfort and style. I also have a very good experience wearing GEOX shoes, however, the pair I received was a not a good fit. The right shoe was a very generous size 8, but the left one was one size too small. I was really disappointed because I wanted to have them and I needed something like this for a while. But unfortunately I sent them back.
I really wanted to like these shoes. I normally wear a 10.5, so I bought that size. While they aren't too tight, I know after a day of wear they would feel too small. The peep toe opening isn't right. Even trying them on I could feel the pain against my big toe, I would not make it an hour let alone a day. They are going back, sad, they are cute for the office.
These shoes are exactly what I have been looking for as far as the color is concerned. The heel is too high (3 1/4 inches). I would love these in medium (Mid 1), with a 2 1/4 high heel. Now, I am able to put my foot inside the shoe, but they are extremely tight. I am a perfect 9.5 medium in most shoes, but these run small. I have ordered a size 10 and we will see what happens. They would be perfect if they were Mid 1 instead of High 1 and if they were true to size.
Perfect heel height, very comfortable and sexy! Having very narrow heels I love that the elasticized back holds my heel securely for a change. AND they have a bit of a sparkly sheen - whee!

First of all I must say that I do not normally wear shoes with a heel this high because I had surgery on my foot two years ago. So I was surprised to find these classified as comfort shoes because they were so nice looking. Since I needed something like these shoes I purchased them hoping for the best. The first time I wore them I was able to stand for several hours with no problems, either that night or the next morning. Because of the heel height it was a little awkward for me to walk so I went in search of some inserts for the shoes. I found some inserts called Insolia Weight-Shifting High-Heel Inserts. When I put these in the shoes I could walk much easier.
I wear a size 11, and have a very high arch. I also have that thing where my second toe is larger than my big toe, sometimes making peep toes difficult. These are a dream, out of the box. I work retail and am on my feet 8-10 hours a day on concrete floors. Excellent padding, breathable, and even though the heels are considerable, they are sturdy and I don't feel like I'll be slipping out of them. Yes! finally!
Great shoes, perfect height...they are comfortable for all day wear but aren't matronly. The straps are soft and I love how they have the look of a slingback but the back strap doesn't flop off. Note that some of the straps have a low key "sheen" to them as well. A bit expensive but they are extremely versatile, good for work or going out. The Euro sizing is kind of wonky, I'm a size 9.5/10 and went with the 41(10.5)...so size up if you are unsure.
I tried 3 different sizes and even the full size bigger than my usual (I am a 8.5) did not fit. It was quite a disappointment as I really love the style of these shoes. Definitely try a .5 size bigger or more.
I do not know who GEOX is making shoes for but they have gotten ridiculous with their sizes. Maybe they are trying to skimp to save money but they are so narrow now, it is impossible to buy a pair. I lived in them for years but no longer. Such a shame because they must be losing business like crazy. I am a Medium width on the narrow side and use to have to buy 1/2 size larger but now that doesn't even work. Friends told me they no longer buy GEOX for the same reason and that they are no longer made in Italy. They are now an inferior shoe. Too bad, but they lost me and my friends as customers. There are many quality, stylish shoes out there and that's where I am going. Ciao Geox!
I thought these were a little pricy at first, but when I received them, I knew they were perfect. Very cute and comfortable. I've worn them all day in a job where I'm up and down a lot and they haven't rubbed or anything. I can feel the tag a bit on the sole, but that didn't bother me for long. Overall I'm really glad I got these shoes and hope they last for a long time!
The shoes arrived in a timely fashion and were perfectly packaged, brand new and fit like the glove they were designed to feel like. Nice job Zappos!
I bought these shoes for my husband, and he really likes them. He owned an older pair of Geox's that he loved, and we couldn't find a similar pair. This fit him well and it's very light.
I loved these. Just funky enough with a good heel but still really uncomfortable. Unfortunately these were too wide -- and that's a really rare experience for me.
These are great. Have had them in black for several years. Always enjoy wearing them. Zappos is the best.
I wear between a 9 and a 9.5. I ordered 9.5, and I can't even get my foot into these shoes! Beware, they run small! Otherwise, super cute.
I wear between a 9 and a 9.5. I ordered 9.5. I can't even get my feet into these shoes! They run way shorter than marked! Sad, because they're pretty cool looking.
I ordered an 8 1/2 of this super-cute casual wedge and they were just a bit too tight. I couldn't see myself wearing them on a hot day when my feet were swelled. I exchanged them for a 9, but they are too big. (Huh?) I will have to get those little pads that are installed at the heel. If they fit better, I'd say these shoes are a 10 all around.
These look even better than in the picture. I thought that not having the entire shoe leather would be cheesy, but the fabric and dyed wood heel actually look really good. The zipper at the back isn't particularly garish either. (It's still a gold-colored zipper though.) However, the arch support isn't that great. The footbed is narrow and there isn't much width under the arch. I might try ordering a half size up to see if that helps.

Legend has it that Geox® founder Mario Moretti Polegato got the idea for his "breathing shoes" while jogging one hot day, when he decided to cut holes into the outsole of his shoes to cool his feet. After he shopped the concept around and received little interest, Mario formed Geox in the early 1990s on his own belief in his idea and product. The Geox Group now operates in the footwear and apparel industry in 68 countries, carrying out its own mission - namely "To convert people into consumers of breathing products".
