Beautiful boot, nice leather...but definitely very small. I would say closer to a whole size smaller than I normally wear. I've purchased this brand before (sandals) and the fit was true to size. This boot was very small.

These are the most comfortable boots that I have ever worn. There lots of padding and such. However; two strikes against them; they have a covered leather heel; which will not last in looks. The overall shape is weird and make your feet look a weird shape. So they are going back.

These shoes are such a soft leather and the padding is amazing. I am usually an 8 1/2 or 9 and sadly neither size fit me right. The 8 1/2 slipped off my heel even though it fit the ball of my foot snug. I was sad to have to return them as they would have been a great shoe for work with slacks or with skinny jeans.

Love these boots, very classy looking. Only issue is they're a little snug through the toe box. Would suggest ordering 1/2 size up, however, they slips a bit on the heel and I think any larger size would make that more troublesome.
Brands I'd also recommend: Indigo by Clarks

This is so totally comfortable I'd like to buy more of this brand. Padding for my toes, arch and heels. Just great. I think it's all the padding that makes them feel small. The toebox is snug and the heel is loose, but not uncomfortably so. They do make my foot look wide but they're so comfortable I'm keeping them.

It is durable and will not stretch or crack when wet. Deerskin is normally found on gloves, jackets or shoe uppers. The deerskin-lined insole is unique to Gentle Souls shoes and sandals!
Flaxseed Memory Pillows- Flaxseed pillows are embedded in the footbed of Gentle Souls shoes to mold to the shape of your foot and provide cushioned support. The flaxseed ¨memory pillows¨ are somewhat similar to beanbags as they redistribute and adjust to the shape of your foot with every step.
Padding- Under the deerskin lining there is a memory foam developed by NASA; Poron®. This foam does not break down and maintains its shape over time.
Granulated Cork- This layer located under the Poron® helps with shock absorption when walking on hard surfaces.
Rubberized Outsole- Sometimes fused with leather, rubberized outsoles are flexible and great for traction on hard surfaces.

Love the fit but the boots really to not match. The toe of one boot leather seam is straight and the other boot seam at angle... so consider defective cosmetically which is extremely disappointing.

These boots are cute and classy. The leather is buttery soft inside and out. They were snug at first, but because they are leather okay after wearing around the house to ensure a good fit. The heel area does slip a little when walking, but not bothersome. Unfortunately the heel on one boot has a nasty nail-type protrusion coming out of it after wearing only a few times and would expect that more from this brand in lasting. Sad, but true... going to have to be returned.
Brands I'd also recommend: Indigo by Clarks, Born, Naot, Danskos

These boots are so comfortable, but the design is strange, in that the opening that your foot goes into is huge, and there's no support over the top of the boot to keep the boots on my feet. I think this is why my heel slips out so much. I'm disappointed to have to return them, because I love the look and comfort, but I just couldn't walk in them with all the heel slippage...
