Almost did not order these due to previous comments. My experience is this shoe is gloriously comfortable, and more stylish on the foot than in the picture. My foot tends to be boney and tender from wearing high heels for too many years. This shoe babies the feet, and is great with twisted heart sweats, skinny jeans, of paired with true religion jeans and a tee. Guess we are all different in what we like and what is comfy and stylish. Comfort is a priority for me, as long as style is not compromised!

I am thrilled with my Gabby shoes from Gentle Souls! They are super comfortable and I get compliments all the time when I wear them. Not only are they stylish looking, but I can stand all day with my sales job and my feet still feel great at the end of the day. I highly recommend these shoes!

Normally wear 8.5 but ordered 8 and 8.5 and both kinda fit but after testing each for about an hour decided the 8.5 was the best fit. My big toe started to be crammed in the 8. The padded support is very nice and the shoes are totally comfortable...like slippers and are VERY cute on.

These shoes are so comfy! I don't want to take them off ever! They are worth every single penny! I have never been the type of girl that buys expensive shoes; the most expensive shoe I owned were a pair of Chucks that were a bit over $40.00. I was walking through Macy's looking at the shoes and I loved these; I got home, checked out Zappos! And wow, they were cheaper so I purchased them to try them out. Wow! I have a wide foot and they fit perfectly! I am amazed on how comfy they are. I love them, I can't complain and they smell good! With these shoes you don't get the stinky smell that Payless shoes give you! Love them!

When I first tried this on I was really excited because they were so soft and were really cute. The more I wore them, the more the bones in my feet started hurting. After a couple of hours my foot started cramping up. I have no idea what is wrong with the shoes, because I have worn shoes with little support before and been fine. The only thing I can think is the sole is kind of a pattern so your foot doesn't all hit the ground. When you stand in them, the outside of your foot kind of felt like it was on a ridge. I am really sad because they felt and looked great, but I'll have to return them.

These may be the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have an ongoing problem with my right foot (since a stress fracture several years ago). Needless to say, I must be careful in my shoe selection. After reading reviews, I decided to try these shoes even though I was a bit put off by the price. Believe me, they are worth every penny. Fit your foot like a glove, soft but with good support. I thank those who review all the shoes. That is such a help. Zappos is wonderful: selection, price, shipping quickly, returns if needed.

These shoes don't have a lot of cushioning, but the bottoms are otherwise so comfortable that they don't really need it. Leather is extremely soft and high quality. My only complaint is about the elastic band at the top of the shoe. I have extremely high arches, and the elastic is very tight. It's comfortably snug when I put the shoe on, but after about 45 minutes, the elastic really begins to dig into the top of my foot. I thought that the elastic would stretch with wear, but after wearing these shoes once a week or so for the past six months, that hasn't happened. I'm planning to have the elastic replaced. A friend of mine owns these shoes and has flat feet, and she does not find the elastic to be uncomfortable.

These are a great everyday shoe for me. They are very comfortable to walk in and have a sleeker look than a lot of the "comfortable" shoes. They are cute with jeans or a skirt with tights or leggings.

A lovely shoe. It's everything I've been looking for over a year in a shoe to replace 2 pairs of Dr Scholl's black suede "slippers" with outdoor sole and elastic band that I bought well over 5 years ago on sale at Zappos. Fit on my 5 1/2-6 B very narrow heeled foot was excellent in a 6 on my (smaller) left foot, but throat hit and bit a bit at the (potential) bunion spot on the (larger) right foot. I returned them and am contemplating ordering a 6 1/2 and using an insole in the left. For the price I'd like them to be perfect, but doubt I'll find anything else near my dream shoe regardless of price. Band is very comfortable and in the perfect place on my foot.
