Comfort fit and funky look - I just love these shoes. The softest leather I've ever found & super comfortable. I keep them in my brief case - they look great w/ black tights and a suit. The cross straps eliminate any pressure points.

Comfortable Plus - This is by far the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. I have many issues with my feet, but I've been pain free since I got these wonderful shoes. I wear them every day, something that I was not able to do before. Changing shoes was a daily ritual at least 2-3 times a day, but not anymore - I can wear them all day, everyday.

Darling shoes; feel like slippers. The antique silver color is exactly as pictured--a slight taupe or gold cast to it (coordinating with the straps) that gives it depth rather than a big brightness. These will get tons of wear!

I am a huge fan of Gentle Souls and these are quite fashionable. Love the ballet look in this metallic color. Will go with anything. The elastic straps help the shoe fit better than most and the comfort is incredible. True to size.

I was loathe to spend this much money on a pair of flats, but I walk a lot and am starting to feel too old and sloppy wearing sneakers all the time. So these shoes are worth the investment. Best of all is the fit: with the straps they stay on my foot which has a narrow heel but they are wide enough in the front for my bunion. Plus they are cute and feminine. Recommended.

Gotta love Gentle Souls! My collection is growing, and these shoes are my most recent addition. They are so cute and as comfortable as you expect with Gentle Souls. First time I wore them, I got several comments on how cute they are! I don't think they are quite as bright as the picture makes them look, but they certainly are adorable and will be a pair of "go to" shoes for me!

Sorry - but no! I bought these really cute shoes to wear on a trip to NYC. Since I was going to be doing so much walking, I thought these would be super comfy. My feet are now covered in blisters that are still killing me where the leather rubbed and irritated. Yes, I did have on light socks. These are going into the trash bin - live and learn.

I normally wear a size 8 1/2 in Gentle Souls, but this shoe was too tight across my middle toe, despite the wide toe box. The toe was too low in the front. I didn't think it was very flattering on my foot. Very duckbill looking. I was hoping for a muted metallic, but I thought they just looked dirty.

The most comfortable shoes I\'ve ever worn. Great arch support. I fall between a 7.5 and an 8. These 8s fit perfectly. Wide toe box, soft inside like slippers, soft around a bunion, flexible sturdy sole. Cute too. Go with everything. Wear them all the time.

Love the shoes...cute and comfortable and they work for both casual to semi-dressy. They look great with a pair of skinny jeans or capris for a weekend look. The metallic works with everything in my wardrobe. I bought them for vacation where we walk a lot and they have been extremely comfortable from the moment I put them on. This is my first pair of Gentle Souls but certainly won't be the last!

I am fixated on this style of shoe, trying to replace some cool Rocket Dog Kasbas that I lost this year. I like the ballet look and the straps across. However, I am trying to decide whether to return them, for one reason: which is the lack of arch support. I don't think these are worth $185 either. That being said, I ordered a size 9 and a size 8 1/2. The size 9 fit much better, especially if you were to wear socks with them. I still miss my Rocket Dog Kasbas terribly and hope they come back out with them someday. Meanwhile, I purchased these, some similar shoes by Me Too, Privo and another brand.

These flats are comfortable from the very first moment you put them on your feet. They are beautifully constructed using quality materials. The slightly metalic color I purchased is subtle and makes it a useful neutral shade for jeans or slacks.

This is my favorite brand of flat shoe because of style and inner sole construction. It's perfect, completely comfortable and made very well. They are not easy to find in NYC, so I was thrilled that Zappos has so many choices. I think your company is excellent.

One of the best shoes I've bought. I have suffer from back pain, so buying nice comfortable flats are hard to find until I bought these. They're the best flats I've ever worn and worth the price.

Gentle is the operative word. I'd give them 5 stars for comfort but I need more arch support. I love how the straps accommodate my high arch.

Cute shoe, but with such soft and flexible leather, the spaces between the 2 sets of elastic straps makes the shoe look ill-fitted when wearing. Flex your foot to see the effect and the shape of the shoe. The texture of the leather was uneven and looks worn around the toe box. Not worth the money in my opinion. I'm disappointed that after only a few weeks the shoe doesn't look that great.
