Adore this fabulously soft and stylish winter boot! There is no breaking in needed, the leather is pure butter in and out, and we got the dark red version. The application is adorable without being too silly or girly, but enough for my daughter to want to wear them all the time. These she can actually play in, as well as go out and be fancy. Amazing quality, the sole is perfectly thick, and yet so flexible. I was initially looking for wool/fleece lined boots, but we won't need those at all. These are just perfect with a thicker sock, and we still have a pair of puffy snow boots for real snow play. The sizing is true to European size, but translates wrongly into US sizes. We got size 24, which is a true 7-7.5, not 8-8.5, and fits our girl's slender, but long foot wonderfully. Will be looking for more Garvalin styles on sale!

Zappos service is unbeatable with amazing customer service and quality products! These boots are true to size and very cute. They can be worn with dresses or pants. My toddler says they are comfortable. These boots are high quality and will last long after she outgrows them. Wonderful stylish boots and functional for the toddler on the move. Zappos team thank you again. Truly you are a great team with loyalty to your customers!

These are beautiful, well-made shoes. They seem to run true to size and are plenty roomy for my son, even with his wide feet. They are not as padded or cushy as American brands like Merrells but he loves them and finds them comfortable. Plus they are the cutest!

I brought my daughter these shoes in brown last year for preschool. The reason I picked out this style was because of the rubber surrounding the toe curvature and the style. My daughter has worn these shoes a lot over the course of the year...she\'s never complained about them hurting her and they\'ve held up pretty good. The only thing I disliked about the shoes was the stitching from the rubber front on one of them starting to come undone, so I took them to a shoe repairer and they stitched it again. Of course, I would have preferred it hadn\'t unstitched to begin with for the price I paid for these shoes (about $109.00, 13 months ago).

Nice look, terrible quality. I bought these boots for my four year old daughter. She liked the look and so did I. But beware, after just one day the leather peeled of from the front. This is the first time she has damaged her shoes. At $106 you would expect superior quality. Very, very disappointed. Would not recommend unless you plan on using them only indoors. For this amount of money there are many better options for your preschooler.

These are great first walkers. They are extremely soft and flexible, which is exactly what a little chubby foot needs. They offer great arch support and soft leather inside and never left a mark on my little one's foot. We have had them since June and have exclusively used them although we have other shoes, too. Highly recommend, you won't regret it.

Wonderful shoes, true to size, comfortable soles for active little girl. Though it's kind of a "winter" shoe, it goes with almost everything, and it is much more fun and dressy than a plain red shoe. The cut is good, fits my toddler with a high instep and chubby feet.

This is a beautiful shoe! It is perfectly made and super comfortable, plus the colors will match with most fall clothes. A little pricey but worth it. LOVE IT!

We tried this shoe for my ten year old daughter who has a very narrow foot. The comments in the shoe description indicates it runs large, but I did not find that to be the case. She is generally between a 2.5 and size 3, so we tried the size 34 (US 3). With a sock it was too snug with no room for growth. Hoping the size 35 is restocked, because it is a cute shoe that appealed to both mom and daughter, because of its styling and practicality.

Absolutely beautiful shoe! A bit pricey, but worth it. Very comfortable and it is one piece of leather with no visible cuts. I love the colors which are perfect for the fall and match many outfits. Love it!

The fact that they state that this boot runs large due to generous sizing is incredibly inaccurate. The truth is that it runs about 2 sizes too small. My daughter wears a sz 8 but in order to wear these boots she needs a 10. Other than that they seem to be a comfy boot with a thin warm layer of insulation inside.

The shoes are beautiful however they do not last. They are good to use only Sundays or once in a while. The sole of the shoe wears very quickly. Not worth the money.

These sandals are great! Leather is very soft and the width is great. I bought these for my son (almost 3) and he has a very, very wide foot. Stride Rite shoes are not wide enough for him. The only thing is I would size up when ordering. I first purchased a 28 because my son is about an 11. I returned them and got the 29 so they would last through the summer. The 28 just fit. I am so excited I found a shoe for him after MONTHS and many shoe stores of trying.

I just love these sandals. The color-way is just what I was looking for. I couldn't have found a better color combination. It will look great with so many summer outfits. This sandal has the Euro flair which I love. It is cutting edge enough for a toddler. I also love that it has a nice looking sole.

Finally a comfortable pair of shoes...I have a 3 year old autistic child who enjoys walking barefoot and of course takes every single pair of shoes off. On a trip to Puerto Rico I came across this brand and bought a pair for him they were a little big for him BUT very comfortable, his physical therapist asked me to get him smaller shoes, searching on the internet I found this model and tried it, he wears them ALL DAY LONG!!!!! THANK YOU! They are very comfy and look great with any outfit. Highly recommended!!!

LOVE THIS BOOT!Garvalin is known world-wide for its quality and artistic creativity. This boot proves that tradition. I only wish Zappos would stock ALL of their designs in larger quantities so everyone would have the opportunity to own these awesome shoes. Note: this brand "used" to run generously. The Garvalin/Dolca shoes I have purchased in the last year run more true to size. Perhaps their sizing has changed?

Nice Boot - Ordered this boot for my 4 year old son...unfortunately it did not fit in the size 30, but I still wanted to write in. It was a great looking and fitting shoe. He kept it on and said it felt good. I had to return as it was too small. He measures a 13, but this shoe did not appear to have any room, may run a bit small. Although, they tend to advertise this shoe as running larger. Great made shoe though!

Preppie shoe - This shoe is handsome and comfortable and made my little boy look like a college preppie. But after wearing this shoe back to school, on the first day, the shoe looked as if it had been worn for 2 months. We took it off of him and put old tennis shoes back on him and saved this shoe for other occasions.

Beautiful - I had to quickly order for Communion. She never grew into the original "big girl" shoe. These do not look too little girl. They are super comfortable. She would not take them off when we got them. She can wear without socks and no blistering or breaking in time. I will be on the lookout for this brand.

Perfect shoes - These shoes are EASY to put on the feet my 17mo old son, soft and seem he feels comfortable while wearing them. He keeps them on for hours without wanting to take them out(unlike most of his other shoes). These shoes look elegant and sporty at the same time, and seem to have a very well made inner lining. The some is also very well made and covering the front of the shoe, protecting it from early damage.
