No shaping in the seat, the front and back are exactly the same (the leggings are cut like a paper-doll dress). Therefore, when you put them on, unless your rear end is as flat as your front, they don't come up as high on the bottom as they do in front and they roll down or slide down off your bottom once you move. Not worth the price, would be annoying at any price.
