If you've tried unsuccesfully to find a boot wide enough to fit your calves then this is the boot for you. Definitely fit the description as far as the calf width goes. Very comfortable and warm. The only downside for me is it's a little difficult to push my foot through the ankle opening but with a little wiggling, it goes through. Highly recommend!

After receiving a pair of boots that didn't fit my calves, I ordered these. I will have to say that I love these boots better than the first pair I ordered. Comfortable, stylish and true to fit. I'm a 9 so I ordered a 9 and they fit great with thicker sock. My calves are 17" and these boots allow for socks or jeans to be tucked in! So glad the first pair didn't work!

For years, I've struggled to find a nice pair of wide calf riding boots that were actually in style and not tacky. These boots fit the bill! I have approximately 16.5" calves and these fit well. Although my pants/tights bunch a little, it's not very noticeable. I'm also 5'2 and the boots hit right at the knee. The only uncomfortable aspect that I would point out is that the foot is a little rigid and tight, but may break-in over time.

I would have kept this boot if it had a zipper. They comfortably fit my wide calves. I just didn't want to have to fight with keeping my pants tucked well while trying to get these boots on. They come up right to my knee. I'm 5'3". Very nice quality leather.

Bought these boots as a Christmas present for my daughter who inherited her mom's giant calves! For the first time she was able to wear boots with jeans tucked in! They fit well - she reported some stiffness but we hope that will be relieved with future wear.
