These are surprisingly soft...almost feels like cashmere. They don't have that much stretch which is to say they might end up a little loose fitting, not at all like tights. I am 5'6" and weigh 130 lbs and ordered the medium and there's a little extra room in them. Which I think looks better than skin tight. The pattern is darling!

Why don't these designers get into their heads, that no real big woman would buy leggings like these. My point is, why can't they make the elastic in the waist tight enough!? Why do we need to tug and pull all the time, so they won't slip down? That is my complaint about all leggings, hopefully someone who can do something about this... will read my comments. Otherwise these are very attractive and look dynamite with boots (am tugging and pulling, to keep those leggings on).
Brands I'd also recommend: Splendid, Red Dot, JonesNY

These are nice warm leggings, my only negative comment is they run a tad bit small and I purchased a large and I'm not a big person more on the slim side with thighs and butt. I have to constantly pull them up over my rump.
