We ordered these after finding that many boots of similar style were uncomfortably snug around my daughter's average-sized calves (we were told by another store - not Zappos - that the snug ones would stretch, but I don't believe in buying shoes that aren't comfortable when you leave the store). These easily zip up with jeans, leggings, even corduroys tucked inside. They look a bit too wide for my taste, but as another reviewer said - my daughter likes them so I am happy if she is happy. The quality could be better; the leather is a little flimsy but at the sale price I felt they were a good purchase.
Boots are nice. But I had to return them because my daughter did not like the wide calf.
My daughter loved, loved these boots! We bought them for her last year and are getting a new pair now. The fit for her is perfect! It clearly states it is a Wide Calf boot, and true to the description it is, thankfully. My daughter is a bigger for her age, and these boots allow her to wear the latest fashion and feel comfortable. They are still age appropriate.
The boot is too pricey for its quality! The shaft is toooo large. It doesn't look good at all. I'm now using this as a rain boot instead.

It's hard to fit shoes for my daughter's wide feet. Even if it says wide it doesn't always fit. Not a problem with these boots. My daughter finds them very comfortable and stylish. I thought they were a little too wide at the top for my taste, but my daughter liked the fact that she could run and climb without any feeling of restriction. If she's happy, I'm happy.
Beautiful shoe. Can't wait until the other colors are available in my daughter's size!
The wide calf feature was too wide, otherwise a fine boot. Just too clumsy looking for dress boot.

Boot was alright but felt that the upper part of it was so large! My daughters leg was swimming in there. Didn't look very good so sending them back.
We ordered pink. It is much better than it looks on line. My daughter loves them. It looks designed ergonomically. It glitters just like she wanted. Also she said it is very comfortable. When we got it, first thing we checked was flexibility and softness of inner sole and lining. Inner sole and linings are soft leather and it could be wearable with bare foot. It is definitely worth of money. For your information, my daughter used to wear "See Kai Run". For the size wise, it runs a little big, but considering it is summer, it is perfectly find with her. She wear normally 9 1/2, but it looks in between 9 1/2 and 10. With socks on, it fits perfectly.
My baby looks so cute in them! Only issue is when she sits and swings her feet the shoe sometimes falls off (the bottom part). She loves to her ballerina shoes!
Perfect shoes for our 3-year-old - a little big on a narrow foot but the ankle strap holds them on. She feels like a princess in these shoes!
