I initially had to send these back and swap for a larger size. I couldn't even fit my feet in them! They are kind of cute, there is something about the style that I like, although I wouldn't call them sexy. The toe is a little rounder than I expected and so they have a slightly oafish look. I wanted something casual with real low heels for work. They are not super comfy but getting better as I wear them in. One thing that I'm bummed about is the plastic piece on the very bottom of the heel is already swiveling around - pet peeve of mine. They were on sale, however, and for the price I am satisfied overall. But I have liked other shoes by this brand much better.

I tried these on in the winter and must have felt like they would work, because I kept them. However, when I went to wear them last weekend, they felt really small. I'm hoping they stretch. I usually wear 9.5 or 10. I bought the 10 and they still felt very small. Go a size up! Otherwise, very cute and the perfect heel for a 5'9 person!

The shoe is slightly stiff. I can fit in a 10, but 10.5 is more comfortable (I actually decided to order an 11 to be sure, but it was still tight). I haven't decided if I am going to return it yet because it may break in. It's not 100% uncomfortable because I have had worse shoes.

As another reviewer said, there are worse shoes. These aren't great, but the price was right, they're not terrible, and they're pretty cute. It's hard to find cute shoes with a fairly low heel. This is adequate. I bought another pair of Gabriella Rocha (Ginger) which came with replacement heel tips, and this pair did not--slightly disappointed since I would expect to need them more with this shoe, but they were an unexpected bonus with the other pair anyway. They smell less than the Ginger did. I did order a size larger than usual, based on the other reviews, and it seems to have been a good decision. I don't feel any arch support with these, but once again, there are worse shoes (especially for the price).

Love this shoe, for me it's a shoe I wear everywhere now. It's comfortable, has a great design, simple, and makes my foot look smaller. I also like that the sides are ruched so bending is no big deal. The width is a little roomy, but it doesn't take away from the shoe. I'm getting another pair in black.
Brands I'd also recommend: Rocket Dog

These were super cute, but I had to return them because I got a 10, and it felt like a 9, apparently they run small :( Maybe in the future I'll get a larger size!

These shoes are not what I expected. They aren't completely horrible but they are definitely not worth the price. The L shoe is visually more narrow than the R making an already narrow pair of heels painful. In addition, the R shoe makes a clicking/loud squishing sound with every step due to the insole padding being poorly attached.
