I bought these online a few days ago and came in yesterday, I bought them before they went on sale and Zappos happily gave me the refund for the difference via PayPal. I was very pleased with that. I bought the brown, in size 10, because when I had my feet measured they were 11's and I thought that they were about a size to large for me. I'm returning them today so I can buy them in 9.5. The boots seemed pretty sturdy, the sole is only glued on, it is probably worth $40, but it looks very similar to the Steve Madden Troopa which is more expensive and I have heard breaks down pretty easily. They were pretty comfortable, but it seemed a bit hard on the inside, but it is probably because I havent broken them in yet. I will probably write another review once the size down comes in, but overall these boots are very cute, and alright quality, but if you are looking for something that will last forever vs. a few seasons I would buy something from Frye or spend a few extra dollars to get something that will last you a decade.

I read a previous review mentioning about the shoes running big, but I actually think they run true to size, if not, even a half size smaller. I'm a size 6, and ordered a 5.5, and even though my foot fitted, they were tight. I returned them and am ordering a 6. I think the shoes look awesome! Can't wait to wear them out.

I love these! I wear them almost every day. I got a 5.5 and they're true to size. Very durable and not leather, vegetarian-friendly.

I ordered these boots and they came the next day! I love Zappos for their fast free shipping and free returns. basically, I'm in love with these boots. I've only worn them twice, both times for ~7hrs and I was on my feet for most of that time. they were comfortable and awesome! The zippers aren't the smoothest to zip, but I've only been wearing them laced halfway, so it's easy for me to just slip them on and off. These boots are wicked cute and stylish and fit true to size. If they start felling apart I'll definitely write another review. So far so good though, and I highly recommend them! Also, I don't necessarily feel that these boots have the best arch support ever, but it's not horrible. I have really high arches though, so I'm pretty used to shoes feeling support-less.

These look so cute in the photo but I got them yesterday and I hate to say I was disappointed. They are very stiff and don't look like the quality I expected. I could probably have bought similar boots at Forever 21 for a fraction of the cost. Sadly I will be returning these.

I ordered these for my 14 year old daughter who loves these boots! They are not leather but she has worn them a lot and they seem to be holding up well so far (about six weeks). She is between a 5 and a 6 shoe size. The 6 is fine but she does have feet on the narrow side.
