Gabor Reviews
Boot does not accomodate a somewhat wide calf. Overall, I expected a lot more for a boot in this price range. From the footbed to the shaft, they just weren't comfortable.
Sturdy shoe with a cushiony and stable sole. The color is much bolder and true online. Once received I was disappointed that the color was muted and not as blue as represented online. It runs half size large.
Be careful when picking your size! I ended up with a 7½ UK by mistake! They do tend to run wide but I will reorder the proper size and see for sure!
Very cute boot, but I ordered two pairs, one in blue and one in taupe, same size, and with the taupe pair the right boot shaft was a full inch shorter than the left, and much tighter in circumference. The blue ones were fine. Maybe that's why the taupe color was on sale!

Beautiful, well made and supportive flats. The leather is high quality with soft leather lining, comfortable for barefoot wearing. I am an 8.5 and the 6.5 fit me perfectly. I am returning these only because the toe is very square and was not attractive on my foot. I'll be shopping for another Gabor flat with a rounder toe.
These are my favorite shoes by far! I purchased them on vacation in England last year, and wore them walking all over the place from day one. I have never had a blister or any discomfort whatsoever with these shoes, and being back home I wear these most days to work. Highly recommend, even at the price.
Zappos - I don't know how you do it! I ordered these booties yesterday mid-morning, and they arrived today! I hesitated before ordering these pricey shoes and browsed lots of look a-likes, but decided to give these a try - with free shipping and returns, why not, right? I ended up having to order a half size smaller than I usually wear as they were sold out of my size, but after looking at reviews from other Gabor shoes and boots, it looked like they tended to run big. While I probably would have been happy with my usual size (8 1/2 US), this 8 fits fine -- not too snug, even with a mid-weight sock. And they are gorgeous booties; the color is a lovely grey-brown color that will be very versatile. The heel feels lower than I thought it would -- not too high at all, it feels more like an inch and a half. They look great with skinny jeans, just as I'd hoped. Can't wait to wear them!
Great color, (slightly brown), neutral gray. Looks great with jeans. Perfect heel for stability with a bit of height.

I bought this boot in a brown tobacco color in Germany about 2 years ago and love them. They are super comfortable for doing a lot of walking, and versatile to wear weekends with leggings or jeans and to work with skirts or dresses. I have received many compliments on these boots. I've been wanting a pair of riding boots in black so when I saw these offered in black online at Zappos, I had to buy them! Getting them on sale is an added bonus and well worth the money for these boots. Very well made compared to some other riding boots I looked at in the major department stores in Chicago and Milwaukee.
I have these boots in dark brown and love them. The leather doesn't look at all cheap, but it's not a shiny leather. The leather is soft and they do scuff easily. They are a bit loose through the ankle so they do slouch a bit. They look great with skinny jeans, leggings and short skirts and tights. The were comfortable right out of the box. My only regret is that I didn't buy them from Zappos and paid full price. The do run large.
These boots are amazing. They fit like a glove and the leather is very high quality and, the best part is they are not made in China. I wear a 7.5-8 and I actually tried these on in a small boutique store and could get my foot in a 7 but when I ordered from Zappos I decided to get the 7.5 to play it safe with socks and they are great. I was lucky to get them on black Friday for a great percentage off the original price because they aren't cheap and not only are they hard to find, but I never see them on sale so although I paid more than I ever had for a pair of boots, I think the quality, fit and uniqueness was worth it. I also tend to run on the smaller calve size and they aren't too big like most boots tend to be. The color is exactly as pictured. I got the medium Taupe. I work in San Francisco and they are very comfortable and stylish. I get many compliments.

Soft leather. Very comfortable. Very stylish. I wear with leggings and skinny jeans. But, I wear a size 7 1/2 and the comparison chart says 7.5 equal to a 5.5. I found that 5.5 is more like a size 8. I ordered in size 5 and a perfect fit for a size 7 1/2 foot!
I wrote a full review for the black color. I wear 9M, and ordered these in 7.5 with no room to spare for thicker socks. Footbed is a bit hard. The brown is very dark and matte, and wasn't quite what I was looking for in a casual brown boot.
These are super-nice boots, soft leather, comfortable, with a good looking heel. I am squarely a size 9M, and I ordered the 7.5, which left no room for cushy socks. My only two complaints are that the footbed is a bit hard, and the price is too high. If the footbed were more luxurious, I probably would have thought they were worth every penny. Almost, but not quite. Still, a good looking boot.
Very impressed. Great quality and style. Soft and beautiful leather and color. I'm a size 6.5, fits perfectly. Exactly what I was searching for!
Adorable flat, but simply didn't fit. Said it was a UK 9 that should equate to a US 11, but the shoes I received were labeled 7.5, so I don't know if it was an error, or if that is yet another country's sizing. In any case, like many euro shoes on me, it felt like a full size smaller than marked.
These boots are a great shade of blue--not in the least bit tacky. They are also comfortable; I've worn them all day at work with no problem. One word of caution: they are tight around the calves, so they will likely only work for those of you with slim calves.
Fit is comfort ++! They're cushiony and the fit feels solid, not so flimsy as some flats do, thus the price. Could walk for hours without discomfort. :)
These are pretty great shoes. The suede is lusciously soft, and there is a nice, soft, warm lining. The heel is just high enough so the boots don't look masculine, but low enough to be comfortable. These shoes do run about a half size smaller than marked (at least in US sizes). I have big feet -- a US size 10.5, though that means I usually have to order a size 11 (since there are so few 10.5s available) -- and I originally ordered a UK size 8.5, which they called a US size 10.5. Those were too big, so I ordered a UK size 8, which is marked as a FR size 42 and a US size 10. They fit perfectly, so I'd say they are actually a US size 10.5 (since I can never fit into a true size 10). I ordered the grey, which is actually a bit more brown than I expected, but I really like the color.
