I was looking for casual yet practical boots for the winter and have always wanted Frye boots. These are perfect! They have traction on the bottom and the leather is beautiful. It is soft and buttery. I have many tall black boots and the gray is a nice addition. I am a 7½ and the 7½ fits perfectly. I can even wear thicker socks with the boots. I cannot wait until it gets a little colder to wear them with my skinny jeans!

These boots are awesome. They are so comfortable and the shade of grey goes with everything. I have had Frye boots before and these are my favorite.

I just got these boots in the mail today and I absolutely love them! I have muscular calfs and have a hard time finding cute boots that fit. I got these boots in brown; and I am so happy with the boots that I will get them in grey. The shipping time with Zappos was also awesome!

Yummy! Comfortable and made from buttery soft leather. The gray is a beautiful neutral color that will go with a lot different colors this fall. I did think they were a bit long. I usually wear a 7.5, and that's what I ordered. I don't think I could have worn the 7, but I don't mind a bit of extra room in the toes. Definitely would recommend to friends!

These boots are amazing! I was a little bit worried, because my high arch is hard to get into some boots, but my foot slipped in easily. They are incredibly comfortable as well! Beautiful boots! The only problem that I encountered was that Zappos no longer ships to Canada, so I had to ship them to a friend who lived in the states.

I wanted to like this boot but I realized after trying them on that this style is not for me. These boots are too tall for me, hitting just below the knee (I'm 5'4" tall), and they are too wide at the top (my calves are 13"). The pull tabs, although helpful in getting the boot on, add to the bulky look of this boot. These boots have a masculine look, something I had not realized until trying them on. I did however give it 3 stars for comfort, as the rubber soles seemed very flexible. But for this price I expect both stellar comfort AND style, so back they go.

These boots were LOVELY! I ordered the grey and I loved them. Unfortunately, they are very narrow so I had to return them for another style. I was impressed that the shaft fit my wide calf which is rare with taller boots. I am bummed these didn't work out but Zappos exchanged them with no problems. I must say this was one of the best online shopping experiences ever. :-)

I love these boots! So many compliments, and the color goes with everything! Sizing was perfect for me. A little tight going on the first time, but leather stretches just enough. Great buy!

This is a beautiful, well made boot, with soft leather. However, I'm still debating keeping these because they are very narrow. It will be a tough decision.

I cannot say enough about Zappos shipping methods. I ordered this Monday night and got them Wednesday afternoon. Plus it was free shipping, so I really can't say enough praise. I have tried for 3 years to find the perfect boots. I always skirted around Frye because they were so expensive. Finally, I decided just to bite it and get a pair. This looked like the best style. I got the olive color and was worried it would be too green, but its not. It’s like the best of the gray mixed with brown. It’s a really good color. And unique, which I like, because I don't want to wear the same color boots as everyone else. I also love that there isn't a zipper. They are easy to get on and off. The only thing I will say is that the calf area is a bit snug. I have pretty thin legs and it fits right on my legs. I think the leather will stretch over time though. I really really love the style of this boot!! It’s great.

Ordering from Zappos was a great experience! I can't believe how fast I got my boots! I have been looking at Frye boots for awhile now, and finally decided on the Celia X Stitch because they looked more comfortable. I received them today, and I love them. I ordered the Olive and they are the perfect color to go with anything! They are very comfortable as well! They are so soft and the leather is beautiful. I ordered my regular size 8.5 and they fit perfect. I will be wearing these boots all winter!

Very cute, but I could not get the boot on my one 'mutant' foot that has a much higher arch. (Fit review based on the foot that made it in.)

Not only are these boots amazingly beautiful, but they are soft, the color is beyond fantastic and they look crazy fabulous on! I got tons of compliments and I can't wait to wear them in the winter!

These are gorgeous boots. I was hesitant about buying these boot for two reasons, one was the price and the other was the height of the shaft. I am only 5' tall and from reading other reviews, I was afraid that the boots were going to go over the knee. Let me tell you, they do not. My legs are short, since I am only 5' tall and the boots come up about 1" below the knee. They are very comfortable and the leather is beautiful, soft and great quality. I got the olive color which is very neutral and will go with pretty much everything.
