"I would like to comment on what happened on my last purchase at Zappos. I placed an order shortly before 1pm PST, got the advice about the shoes being shipped, and the next day when I got the tracking number at about 2pm, the bell rang 3 minutes later, and the Zappos box had already arrived at my door!!!! C'est merveilleux!!!!! What else can we say? Perfection is perfection. I do not even go to stores anymore, waste of time, when I know what I am looking for, I Zappos it very simply, and I am happy! Good service, good customer care, and a great variety of products! So I will keep an eye open for the box tomorrow, or the next day, that's OK. "
