If the email address is invalid or the notification cannot be delivered, we will select another winner at random. If a dispute arises over entitlement to a prize, the winner is the person to whom the email account was assigned by the appropriate agency, internet service provider, business, or organization. - Prizes. The weekly winner will receive merchandise with a value up to $200.00 from Zappos.com. Winners may be required to complete a declaration of eligibility and a publicity release before receiving the prize. Winners are responsible for paying all income and other taxes associated with the prize, if any. Accepting the prize grants us permission to use the winner's name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the extent permitted by law. I knew if they didn't work out I could return them without any problems or questions. Luckily I liked all the shoes. But best of all you shipped them all in one large box which was really convenient because I didn't have to wait for 4 shipments.
