I liked the shoe part of the boot, but the top was too wide. It looked too clunky. Also, the shoe was not quite as comfortable as I needed, but it might have worked after the leather became softer. I would have kept it except for the calf being too big. I don't have skinny legs.

I was looking for a more feminine look, and unfortunately with my size 11 this is hard to find. Also they are too wide around my calves. The search goes on!

The leather is extremely thin and cheap-feeling. I ordered a size 7 and they were way too large, and I returned them and ordered a size 6 1/2 and they were way too small.

Comfortable boot but it's large. I would need a size down for this to fit. The color of the shoe/shaft seems off as well. Not as dark as I expected.

Other reviews say this boot runs big, but I totally disagree! This boot felt super narrow and a half size smaller than what I usually wear. The zipper runs up the back and was really hard to work. I don't know if it's because of the location or quality. Nice looking boot, too bad it fits small.

The leather looks nicer in photo. However, the fit is good on leg, plenty of room for jeans. I take a 7 and ordered 7 1/2 by reviews, too big, but keeping them. Big plus ordered them 11.00 am est. 12/23, UPS just dropped off 10am today 12/24. Thanks Zappos.

Cute but the zipper is way too stiff and although I have regular calves the left side was unable to zip up fully. Sorry but they've got to go.

Just purchased these boots with my X-mas cash, great boots! I'm a size 7/7.5 foot and I bought a size 8. They fit perfect in the calf (not too snug over my favorite jeans) and they are still a little roomy in the foot, perfect for warm winter socks and my knee high socks! Yay! Hope they work out for you too, thanks Zappos!

Love these boots. I wear a 9.5 or 10 depending on the shoe, got these in a 9.5 and have plenty of wiggle room. Not sure about reviews that say they run small. (Maybe those people don't know their actual shoe size?) However, the calf is small! I have thinnish calves and these are pretty fitted. I probably won't be able to tuck jeans in unless they are super skinny jeans. Otherwise these boots are super comfy and look awesome!

I saw my sister wearing a brown pair of these boots. I tried them on and loved them. So I went on Zappos the next day to order them in black. They're very comfortable, stylish and have become a favorite right out of the box! They look great with jeans tucked in or with leggings. I've also worn them with a denim skirt and tights! They are on the casual side, style-wise, so I'm not sure how they'd look with a dressier outfit. Haven't tried them that way yet to know if they'd work.

Love these boots! Looks great with skinny jeans and jeggings. I wore them everywhere for the first day and they didn't have to be worn in for comfort. Comfy from the very start. I ordered 1/2 size smaller than my shoe size based on other comments and the boots fit perfectly.

Finally the black boots I was looking for! They look great with skinny jeans. I love that they are a riding style boot that doesn't look too prissy. Plus the price was much lower than on other boots I'd looked at.
