The bow on this shoe sticks out a little more than I liked for a shoe that I wanted to wear to work. I think it would be really cute on a younger person, but not for me. Size 9 fit me well (normal size is 8.5 to 9). It has the gathers in the side of the shoe which I didn't realize when I ordered it. I don't care for those because it makes the shoe hard to slip on and off and rub a little. It's probably a little wider than normal because I got a medium width and often need a wide.

Purchasing shoes at Zappos is an awesome experience. The last time that I ordered it was about 5 pm on the East coast. The shoes arrived the next morning! How is that even possible? Beside that service, they have almost any shoe style that you are looking for. I check Bloomingdales, Neimans and Nordstrom and then go to Z for the purchase! The website could use a little bit of updating in appearance perhaps - maybe some stylish looking sketches. Keep it up!

I love these shoes and have them in two different colors. I have some bad bunions and they are soft enough not to hurt the bunions, but still they don't look sloppy.

The shoes are very cute. The only problem is, I have relatively big toes, so it hurts a little at the tip toe. Apart from that they are awesome.

Absolutely darling flats! I wear a 8.5 and I ordered 8.5. They fit perfectly. Comfortble, the elastic is snug, but I am sure with wear it will be fine. I love them. For the price they are unbeatable!

They look fabulous on and match perfectly with the dress I had in mind for them! However, when I slipped them on they felt tight and rubbed a bit on the back of my heels. I'm keeping them, but I hope they break-in vs. breaking in my feet!
