This shoe is the perfect mixture of dressy and casual, trendy and classic. It has the gathered sides and heel that make it fit beautifully and give it a nice shape. And high quality in the bargain! I have a bunion on one toe and unfortunately the shoe hits at that precise spot, which is why I can't give it 5 stars for comfort. I'm stretching it because I don't want to give up these shoes.

A ballet flat for the less conservative - looks a bit like a motorcycle jacket got crossed with a ballet flat. The effect is sort of tongue-in-cheek; not as preppy/girly/serious as most shoes in this category. Leather is not quite as soft as some others, however - not a big deal, just noticeable at first. I expect it will soften as it breaks in. I had to size down half a size.

Love this type of flat, however when these came the buckel over the toe was so stiff and tight there was no way I could wear these for any period of time. Returned!

This shoe was just generally uncomfortable. The edge of the shoe put pressure on the foot.

These is a cute shoe if you are wearing pants and you never sit to show your feet. They looked ridiculous on my feet in as the elastic backing didn't stretch out. It left gaping sides on my ankles. I wore them walking around the city and got the worst blisters on my toes! They were more painful than any high heels I had ever had. Unfortunately, because I wore them outside, they aren't returnable (that I know of)!

Shoes are very cute but they hurt the joint of my big toe and thus I had to return them. These are a good choice for people who do not want leather shoes.

I had such high hopes for these shoes. While they look exactly as cute as pictured, they are supremely uncomfortable. The elastic at the back of the ankle is the worst - it gave me such a huge blister, I had to stop and buy shoes to wear just so I could take these off. I couldn't make it for more than an hour. They fit well width wise, and other than the ankle, everything else is great. That being said, I can't recommend these shoes based on the huge blister I now have. I am wondering, though, if it is just me? Not one other review mentioned a problem with the ankle... I like this brand of shoes. I have two other Franco Sarto shoes, and I love them.

So cute in the photo, not bad in person but totally weird looking on the foot. The back is elasticized and is super uncomfortable on the foot, the shoe is really wide and isn't flattering on the foot. Too bad because the concept isn't bad, just a really bad execution.
