I actually think these shoes are incredibly comfortable. The only problem is that there's a gap from the back of my heel to the end of the shoe. I'm usually a 6.5, but I should have gotten a 6 instead. The height doesn't bother me. The curve on my toes is the perfect degree, not too far; it's definitely comfortable and a lovely shoe. But every time I walk it comes off the back. Not sure I'm going to reorder from Zappos or find one in person.

What a great shoe!! I took a risk buying this one since it was new with no reviews, but I love Franco Sarto and this shoe lives up to the brand. Slightly uncomfortable at first but after an hour of breaking them in they were very easy to wear and have caused no problems. Completely disagree with the reviewer below who says it is too high with no traction. If you're used to wearing heels, this heel height is totally manageable and it has plenty of traction... My office has spotless marble floors and I haven't slipped once. Oh, and needless to say they look classy and cute! The color is light grey in real life (looks brownish in the picture) and has the texture/coloration of suede. A great buy!!

This shoe is very comfortable and very stylish. Plenty of room in the toe box, and the length was perfect for my 8.5-sized feet. The heel isn't too high, and I have no trouble walking in it. I got the gunmetal and the color is so pretty. I highly recommend.

Classy look, great color and height. Not extremely comfortable on my soles but not stiff either. Unlike many heels I've tried lately, these felt wide enough for my feet but I had to place a foam insert in the heel of the left shoe as my left foot is smaller than my right.

I have been looking for the perfect black heel forever and this is it - super comfy and goes with everything - I also bought it in suede - love it! True to size but I have wide feet for a 6.5 so was a little snug but nothing I couldn't deal with. Wore them for several hours the standing the first time I went out in them and didn't even have sore feet afterwards!

I bought these in black leather and they were even more gorgeous than in the picture. I am a size 10 in most boots and a size 11 in shoes and I can barely squeeze my feet into these shoes! The length seems fine, and the toe box is not tight but the top of the toe box is crazy tight and the back of the heel curls in so you can hardly get your foot in the shoes. I ordered a shoe stretcher, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that this will do the trick!

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable (for high heels) and the first time I wore them I was able to stand in them for hours. The heel is a little on the chunky side but I think that helps them be more comfortable. Also, they have a rubber sole so you don't have to worry about slipping and falling. They are a great work pump and a classic dress pump.

These shoes were comfortable at first, until I realized it was too hard to walk around in because the toe box is very small and cramped my toes. The heel part is too large, my heel kept slipping out. The style is very cute, but not worth it if they aren't comfortable!

Beautiful shoe; great, sleek shape, elegant and classic. I chose the Piombo Suedo which is a very pretty soft gray. The quality is very nice and the shoe is well made and looks like it cost a lot more! Only problem is they were about one-half size too small than my usual size. It may have been the height of the heel pushing your foot more to the front of the shoe. I am returning these back to the Zappos Mother Ship and ordering a half-size up. You will not be disappointed with this shoe.

I like a high heel and can take some pain for short periods of time. However, this is one of the most uncomfortable stiff shoes that I have ever tried on. I am also not a fan of the very "short" front. You can see too much of the toes. Move on to other shoes. This one just isn't worth it.

I absolutely love these shoes and am ordering other colors! They are so comfortable, I think the chunkier heel helps a great deal. That is why I decided to try them, I cannot wear the spiked heels anymore. The leopard print is beautiful! I have purchased Franco Sarto in the past and find I need to order half a size larger, that was perfect with these shoes. The toe box is slightly snug but broke in well and the heel became a little loose but a heel insert will fix that. I am ordering other colors, I love the shoes! You will not be disappointed!

Amazing must have shoe! Uber sexy yet easy to walk in. Wardrobe staple! So awesome I had to buy 2 pair; black & natural, both are gorgeous! Usually wear an 8.5 - 9 but went with an 8 in this shoe.

These pumps are terrific. The high heel coupled with the platform allows for fairly easy walking. True to Franco Sarto - they are comfortable as they are attractive. While I found the fit true to size, I'm not sure if the heel cup is more shallow than most shoes, however, because for the first time ever I did have to insert heel grips to keep my heel from slipping out. I wore them around the office to break them in and will definitely wear them dancing!

I can't say enough good things about these pumps. They are a must-have wardrobe staple. They're quite comfortable, even after a 10 hour work day. I think I might have to get them in every color!

Very pleased with this shoe! I love how the heel isn't super skinny and it has a good sized hidden platform, so its really easy to walk in. Nice leather too. I am a size 7-7.5, but mainly always get 7's. I decided to go with a 7 in these since I always have a problem with shoes slipping off the back of my heel since my heel is pretty skinny compared to the rest of my foot. When I got them I found that the toe box was pretty tight but after I wore them around the house for a bit they started to stretch out. If they are not stretched enough to your liking you could always use the ice stretching method. These are surprisingly comfortable and are now my go-to black pumps that I have been searching for forever! They don't slip off the back of my heel, which is rare, so I'm really happy. I would recommend!
